- The plaintiff met the defendant on a dating website, and they began a relationship. The plaintiff says the defendant asked her for money to help pay for a trip he needed to take, but he has not paid her back. She also says she loaned him money to help pay for a down payment on a house. She’s suing for the cost of a flight, hotel room, and unpaid loans. He’s countersuing for the down payment on a car and car repairs.

The moment the drama with the other woman kicked off I would've packed my things and left and never looked back. Instead she chose to continue dealing with him. Very true, when I was 18 i tried to get a job at a grocery store... they denied me because my hair was not "natural" I had locs at the time, they were braided back and neat. However, I seen other folks with different color hair, & someone else with "locs" working there. I got the message on why I wasn't hired.

I do realize I may be an exception but, about 15 yrs ago I was very foolish with my finances and my credit was crappy. Had I not already had a car, I probably would've needed a co-sign to finance one. I got a pretty sizable inheritance (not 15mil) which included some land. So I can see the plausibility in his story.
