Absolutely scrumptious - the language of familial love is not big and blousy, but small, dinky and intimate. I love your approach and the ways you have combined and found to include an amazing range of things. I also bet your Aunty Lilly would be chuffed to bits. 💜💜💜💜. 👋🏼🏴
Such a beautiful way to keep very treasured memories of your Aunty Lily. I especially like the different ways you have displayed the photographs, from the matchbox on the front, to the ones in envelope pockets and the ones that unfold concertina style. Also that you have included the pieces of patchwork, pillowcase embroidery and small tablecloth scrap, to be able to touch such things that were used in daily life brings such a strong emotional connection in its tactile quality. You have created a beautiful "treasure", thank you for sharing in your video.

OK!! That’s it! I’m not watching you or Marion any more! It’s way too exciting and inspirational. Seriously I love this, thank you so much. I’m off to sift through my scraps. Have a wonderful birthday. Xx
Such beautiful memory book! Your aunt Lily must have been an important person in your life. I particularly loved the engagement ring... so so pretty 💙🧡💗❤️💛🖤💚💜♥️
Oh Be Ro! My grandmother had those lovely tins for flour etc. I hadn’t heard of BeRo but she explained that it was self-raising flour. I always thought that it was from the NE ( of UK) from whence she hailed but suspect that it was a product name that it became synonymous with sr flour, much like Hoover is often used for vacuum cleaner. Thanks for the memories. What a fabulous way to gather together the precious items
My mum has dementia and I'm currently living in with her , I asked suzieqmakes, to make a journal so I can slowly add to, with this idea of memory journal, given me lots of ideas , thankyou for sharing your auntie would be so proud x beautiful

A beautiful way to keep special memories alive, I have just found you. I just watched the slow stitched pouch 😊 and am looking forward to the rice bag. 🌈🤗
@k3n.clothtales That's great. It's nice to have projects on the go and things to look forward to. I dabble in a bit of slow stitching. amongst many crafts. I love to try new things, I'm quite new to it but made a housewife and a book cover that I really enjoyed. It's just telling my impatient side to enjoy the process, lol . I have been crocheting a wool holder, and now it's finished. I want to make a few Christmas projects next. 🌈 🤗
