- Today Shoulders and Bicep Emphasis
Warm up 4 laps
Wall Rotational shoulder exercise for flexibility.3x10
Workout 4 Rounds None Stop Supersets
1. Kettle bell alternative shoulder press, single-single-double with 100 meter walk 10,8,6,4 increase weight each set
2. Single DB power hammer curl 4x5 increase weight each set
3.Incline DB front raise to rear delt raise 20,16,12,10 increase weight each set
4. Straight bar curls 20,16,12,10 increase weight each set
5. Seated single DB bent elbow side lateral raise with core. Place feet off the ground 2x20 each arm
Single DB plank hold straight arm side later raise2x20 increase weight each set
4 laps X 4rounds after each circuit rotation..
A total of 1.5 miles ran through the entire strength training routine.

I don’t understand why instead of BEING coached by someone who doesn’t have 1% the resume Kevin has, why isn’t Kevin THE COACH, training Me Olympia contenders, like Dennis James? He should be charging clients 5 figures for his wisdom and experience instead of paying this guy. I just don’t get it. . .

Man good insight you hit that right on the head too but I know Kevin's and athlete and he's humble trying something new and all that but come on guys he doesn't look like he's having fun at all. This is almost boring I'd rather listen to some of his new songs or something
You are over complicating lifting weights . It isn’t that hard that you need to be charging a premiums. Either you have it in you or you don’t . A trainer isn’t going to miraculously going to change your physique. Plus Kevin is a steroid user so let’s see how legit he would have been being all natural . We will never know
