She's the one who can put the word in to corporate and maybe get the [Insert Brand or Flavor] on the shelf in place of something else.
But if something's not there.. And it's been out of stock for 3 months.. There's not much I can do for that. I work the truck. I see what's on the truck. If it's not there, it's not here. It's not in the back. I can look in the back. If it's there I'll get it for you! But no, I can't tell you when the next time it'll be in stock will be.
Example: If I'm sold out of saltine crackers. And the store across the street is sold out of saltine crackers. And wal-mart, two cities away, is sold out of saltine crackers.. There's probably a shortage on saltine crackers that's out of our control. We'll get them when we get them. :(

I love listening to these interviews, better yet, it was a Karen. I watched a meme where a guy and his friend rode a bike and kicked up a lot of dust and gave the Karens (there were three) a hard time trying to breathe, he drove off and the Karens gave chase. Too bad all that "hate crime" stuff came right out of his ass so far as I can tell. A "hate crime" is any crime that is committed on the basis of race, religion, ethnicity, nationality, gender, or sexual orientation, and sometimes gender identity. Simply calling someone mean racist things, doesn't qualify. The closest you can get is you can kind of charge people for "intimidating" someone based on the previously stated criteria. That is a real iffy thing though. Also, we really don't want to open that door, where insulting someone based on any of the above criteria is a "hate crime" because probably half the people reading this will have committed a "hate crime" at least once, and quite a few children would have criminal records before they reach adulthood.
Edit: Then again, there are some states like California, and New York, that pass really bad laws that are supposed to "protect" people, but are so easily abused it isn't even funny. On the other hand, it would be kind of funny to be able to officially file charges against the next woke dipshit that tells me my opinion doesn't matter, and to shut up, because I am a "CIS white male". Which 100% would qualify as a "hate crime" by the same standards stated in this video.
Much Later Edit: So there are about 50 messages that follow this of me having a back and forth with "Jessica Zhi". Don't waste your time reading it, it can be summed up as follows:
She made confrontational and condescending statements directed towards me that did not align with what I had actually said. Turns out, she sees words to have "interpretive" meaning, and believes it is okay to inject additional context into what other people say in order to respond to "how they said" something rather than "what they said". At the same time she uses the "interpretation" of words to avoid accountability for what she says, as she says things that are intended to be taken a certain way, but places the responsibility of whether or not they are taken that way on the person they are directed towards.
She spends most of her time deflecting to new topics when she realizes she said something stupid and demonstrably wrong. She claims she was "trying to help me" in her first few comments, claims that "there is no objective truth", that scientific truth is a matter of political consensus, and not the result of seeking objective truth, that biology is "more free" now that the biological sex narrative is being ideological driven, and biologists can't express actual scientific views on the topic. She also called her own father a "bit of an idiot" without seeming to realize that intelligence is hereditary. Additionally, she uses a number of terms as fancy buzzwords...incorrectly.
So far as I can tell, she subscribes to the "woke" ideology, and took "woke dipshit" as a personal insult. She also clearly jumped to conclusion on what I "actually" meant, and thought she was the intellectually superior of the two of us...only to find out how wrong she was.

in the simplest way possible, she targeted individuals
under freedom of speech and expression you have the right to say and do anything as long as you are not actively targeting individuals, then that falls under instigating violence
even if she didnt say any thing racist she still could commit the crime of instigating violence, if she for example didnt target their race but instead just tried to get them to attack her
if she said something like "how about you shut your mouth and speak with your muscles" or something similar she would still have committed instigating violence and gotten community service and a fine

yeah your freedom of speech ends where your speech starts hurting others' freedoms essentially. some of the groups advocating for violence get away with it because their excuse is they aren't threatening anyone specific (though that's still kinda beyond me in some cases), but if it's a specific person who has specific grounds to complain then it definitely becomes a crime.
kind of a "no plaintiff, no judge" situation, where if who you're inciting against is a big enough group you can argue that none of them individually was threatened enough to press charges, which is kinda weird but i kiinda see why the law was made like that (otherwise anyone could try to complain about anything you say about anything pretty much).

not only that but "Hate Crime" is not a specific charge that can be brought against someone without another crime. It is a modifier to a crime, Meaning, had she said " You are a darkie poopoo head" That is not a crime. If she slaps someone, That is a crime, but not a hate crime. If she slaps someone AND says "you are a darkie poo poo head " Then that's a hate crime.

Great story, but he is wrong about what a hate crime technically is. You can not be charged with a hate crime. You have to be charged with a separate crime, then "hate crime" can be added to it for sentencing guidelines. The DOJ actually has a simple picture to explain: A crime + the motivation for committing the crime based on bias = hate crime.
Incitement statutes vary by location but they usually have a high legal bar because you are crossing into the 1st Amendment. This lady will most likely not be charged for what she did to the people of Walmart.
It can be different for different states, like maybe they could charge her for Disorderly Conduct or something like that.
As per montana law, this kinda fits:
45-5-221. Malicious intimidation or harassment relating to civil or human rights --
penalty. (1) A person commits the offense of malicious intimidation or harassment when,
because of another person's race, creed, religion, color, national origin, or involvement in
civil rights or human rights activities, he purposely or knowingly, with the intent to
terrify, intimidate, threaten, harass, annoy, or offend:
(a) causes bodily injury to another;
(b) causes reasonable apprehension of bodily injury in another; or
(c) damages, destroys, or defaces any property of another or any public property.
(2) For purposes of this section, "deface" includes but is not limited to cross burning
or the placing of any word or symbol commonly associated with racial, religious, or
ethnic identity or activities on the property of another person without his or her
permission.
(3) A person convicted of the offense of malicious intimidation or harassment shall be
imprisoned in the state prison for a term not to exceed 5 years or be fined an amount not
to exceed $5,000, or both.

"Malicious intimidation or harassment relating to civil or human rights" is the breakdown you need to understand. "Malicious" and "related to civil or human rights" is what you need to really understand. The PREVIOUS law broken was intimidation or harassment, it is then codified to modify that previous crime to deal with racial/religious reasons.
There could easily be a blanket "hate crime statute" that just adds 5 years to any crime determined to be modified by a protected class. So if you speed (that is the crime) but it was for racist/protected class reasons it would add to the crime. Is that a hate crime? Sure, but you had to commit a separate crime first. If you robbed a place because they were Jews or something, you have armed robbery, breaking and entering etc. but if it was determined you did it because you hate Jews it would be modified as a "hate crime" but you had to commit a previous crime to allow the modifier to be there.
