Hi, my wife earns less than 12,500 a year self employed. Is she entitled to the full state pension still (35 years total) and does she still get the maternity allowance? Thank you kindly for any information 😀👍

Hello Mam, hope you are doing well. I watched your video. I have some question. Me and my wife worked at McDonald's. My wife was a student that's why she got 20 hours for work permit, after finishing her study she was worked full time for near about 3 months. Then she switched her visa, got sponsorship from a carehome as a care worker. That's why she leaved the McDonald job in the middle of October 2023. But she still does not join yet to carehome due to delay process.
However, she is now 7 months pregnant. But she is unemployed from October to present. Baby due date is 27th of April 2024. If I go back 66 weeks to due date of the baby, that time she was employed more than 13 weeks. But now she leaved that job and in present job, she does not join yet.
    My question is :
Is she eligible to get Maternity Allowances?
If she eligible then when she has to apply for MA1 form?
I am waiting for your reply.
