man that naz run was such a fun thing to see because bro was really struggling in the first half. rudy talked about it and how he gave him a lil pep talk and they showed ant giving him a couple of pointers when he was mic’d up. it just shows how locked in this team really is with one another and how they can lift each other up. this is gonna be a series man!

The reason why Magic vs Cavs was not in "prime time" is because on Sundays they have to give a game at an European time zone and that was the only game on that date. And we love it here in Europe :))) let us have at least from time to time a big game at a good hour

I think what's making Ant look like the best player out there is the Twolves defense. Jokic absolutely did not look like himself out there, and who can really blame him with the pressure they were putting on? Whereas for Ant there isn't really the defensive personnel to slow him down when he's playing like he's been playing this playoff run. Should be an amazing series!

Ive been watching the wolves closely since i was in elementary school when Wiggins was traded to the team. I’ve never had any confidence in this team ever, even when jimmy butler was on the team. But now, even though I still have some slight doubts after game 2, this team is legit. The focus is obviously on one of if not the best defense of all time. The biggest X factor in my opinion is KAT. If you knew anything about KAT in every system he was put in, he was bound to be exposed on the defensive side of the ball. With no help from other players xing out and helping, he was put on an island guarding the mid range and dunkers spot at the same time. With the addition of Rudy, and the whole new system of defense, we can really see how good of a defender he really is. I’ve always known his defense wasn’t as bad as it seemed in past years. But this season, especially in the playoffs, he’s looked like a well above-average defending big. IQ is still something that needs work, but that comes with time when having to fill a new role. He’s been solid guarding KD last series,he looked great tonight without Rudy. This system has gotten so much out of guys that have had the potential to be good defenders. Having a guy who can give you an efficient 20+, space the floor for ant, get the ball inside to Rudy, along with being good on the defensive end, KAT to me looks like one of the biggest reasons this wolves team is thriving
Adding on, NAW and naz have been so crucial for this team as well. When the team got NAW, I knew he was going to fit like a glove. One of the best defenders coming off of the bench in the whole league with quick feet and good hands, just like his cousin. Very capable of hitting catch and shoot threes, can put the ball on the floor and attack the rim, and facilitate as a secondary ball handler when Conley is off the floor. Now for naz, we’ve known he’s been an elite scoring big for a few seasons now. But in games 1 and 2, that defense has been stellar against the best offensive player on the planet. As we’ve seen time and time again, teams that have amazing defense, great hustle, tight chemistry, and deep bench will win you a championship. Offense is definitely important, as seen by the nuggets and warriors in past years. But when you have a defense that can hold the best offensive team to under 100 points in back to back games, one of them being an 80 point game, paired with an above average offense, this team I can definitely see only losing a total of 3-5 games this entire playoffs. We haven’t seen a poor performance from them. Each game feels like they get better. The Celtics have holes, as seen by them losing a game to a heat team with no jimmy. There is so much more I want to say, but I don’t think anybody would ever read any of this, let alone more. In conclusion, due to this wolves team having seemingly no major flaws or holes to pick out, there is a very high chance this team becomes champions, and changes how we see nba teams construct rosters in the future

I'm a raptors fan and I remember being kind of bummed when kawhi signed for the Clippers in 2019, but it feels like we got the last great kawhi season and it just makes me sad. And yes he did have that one great series against the mavs in 2021 but raptors kawhi was mjesque.

Any real Denver fan has known for years now that our biggest problem is the wolves. The nuggets are capable of better defense but we’ve been playing slow since the start of the lakers series. If we don’t make adjustments the wolves would be the one team in the whole NBA that has a remote chance for a sweep on the nuggets. I think this series goes 6 minimum but damn the nuggets haven’t played like it yet

Best team in the nba is a stretch this lineup isn’t better than the nuggets currently which is the team to beat.

I think the Clippers championship window turned into a brick wall in 2022. Sure, they were a contender after Kawhi signed, but they were a pretender after they were the same team we thought they were year in and year out. Everybody has been in denial about them for a whole and not want to doubt them.
I'm a big fan of ending trash talk for the sake of trash talk ("man, nobody cares about the regular season," "nobody cares about that series," "he doesn't have that dawg in him," type BS) but I think you can be realistic. Nobody has said a negative word about Kawhi because he was on a great Raptors team that beat the KD Warriors down KD and Klay. That's not even impressive and they went to 6 because KD played 11 damn minutes.
I think you can be realistic about where a team is without just saying some dumbass cliche.

I honestly think we’re in this crazy moment where the young athletic stars have developed the veteran moves and caginess early in their careers. I also think the league recognizes that Lebron had carried them through last decades young stars but he can’t do that anymore and they NEED to pass the torch to these guys. So you see these guys 25 and under with all the tricks of a 10 year vet, AND getting the preferential treatment from the refs. That’s why these young teams are unstoppable
