Ok so uhh, i was listening to this last night and realized Bo is my age (19) in this clip and had big What Have I Done With My Life -moment. Not in like a "every 19 y/o person has done what he has, I should too" but "I've always admired him but didn't realize how young he started". Right? So. Then i had a little excistential chrises moment (it was like 1 am, I'm laying in my bed), but then I was reminded by Bo's more recent lyrics: "when he was 27, my granddad fought in Vietnam, When I was 27 I built a bird house with my mom, oh fuck" And what did I learn? No one's never happy with what they've done although it's quite alright. I decided not to stress about it.
+AkitoGreenland actually he's referring to the 2009 movie "Precious" which won 2 oscars and got another 111 wins and 93 nominations according to IMDB .. he did this show in 2010, and so it was very much still a "hot topic" back then. oh, and it's about a black chick, named Precious..
