    As a Filipino American watching from the US it is gratifying to see the beautification of the country especially Manila where most visitors will have the first impression. And of course, it's nice for the local people to see this so that they can use it and be proud of it. (I wanted to add how much I appreciate the architects speaking in English since I don't understand Tagalog).

      you're not here in the Philippines, kung makikita mo sa malapit, hinde po maayos ang finishing ng project. Pwede na in my opinion but not at par with Singapore and Korean standards. Compare nyo pa sa Europe eh hinde po aabot doon, apurahan kasi ang pag-gawa ng project. It needs a good eye to see ,, kelangan meticulous ang architects nito. Pero mukhang mediocre ang contractor na gumagawa...Please don't rush the finishing. Wag din sana tipid sa materials....It only looks good in the night, pag meron lights. But in the day you can see the flaws...mababa pa rin ang standard. Paki taas natin ang standard natin, please inspect it well architects...for me passing rate lang eto sa Architect. I will give it 8 out of 10.

      Hindi panga tapos, mediocre na agad 😂. Phase 1 palang yan at hindi pa decorated dahil wala pa yung mga halaman at pavilion.
      Nakita ko ang concept ng Architects nato at kahit yung species ng halaman, detalyado na nila. Diyan lang sa intramuros ang colonial architecture dahil sa bandang dulo halos steel at glass na ang magiging building materials.

    I've been to Malaca, Malaysia and I rode the ferry tour at night, and it was beautiful. Pasig river has a lot of potential to be a tourist attraction with boat ride in the future. Hopefully, Filipino's will take care to maintain the developed areas, so we don't waste funds to maintain this while other areas are being developed.

    2. Gawin silang Kooperatiba. Pautangin ng sapat na puhunan, bigyan ng mga gamit na maayos;
    3. Bigyan ng uniporme.
    4. Sanayin sa ligtas na preparasyon ng pagkain, storage at disposal at kalinisan.
    5.Sanayin sa costumer relations.

    At this time, the PAREX (pasig river expressway) project is back on track. I hope people speak out and the government and backers of this #PAREX realize that this is not a good investment. What's good is building the proper river infrastructure, not covering the river with another skyway, that will have thousands of cars pollute the area further.

    i think it will be a profitable endeavor if the city beautiful concept of the burnham plan of manila is implemented. buildings in any of the architectural styles pre-1930s should be the norm for government-built buildings, such as the bureau of immigration, or any of the proposed social housing projects (paris is an excellent example of 7-story housing). the aerial shots show a lot of potential roof space for the installation of solar panels that can be used to power a centralized industrial air conditioning unit in the post office area that can distribute chilled medium to other areas. i hope the river esplanade of manila becomes as successful as chicago, new york, and paris, with recreational water craft, and small boats and kayaks or sail boats or power boats freely navigating the river. put a multi-barrier floating lock for navigation at the upstream source near laguna lake and put skimmers there operating non-stop. use the hyacinths as cellulose feed for paper. dredging should be non-stop and seed the river with clams and oysters along the whole length to improve water quality very quickly

      All good points. It took about 30 years for New York to fully clean up the Hudson River. It will take time but with the right political will and with the people's help it can be done. But there needs to be an attitude change in the mind of the people in how they handle their trash or how they use the storm drains.

    Good plans however the execution is a rush...from what i can see it is not well finished especially the concrete finishing...wag nyo apurahin because of your inauguration deadline....even the painting is rushed....why don't you ask to move the deadline, or add more construction worker to finish the project well. Malayong malayo sa finishing if you compare it with those in Korea... makikita nyo na dun halos puro marble finishing ang kanilang mga projects, dito sa pinas meron din taya sa Romblon ng magagandang marlbes, kung kulang sa budget tapos apurahan pa, hindi yan excellent na matatawag....pwede na pero not to the highest standard, in my humble opinion, malayo sa Europe even sa Singapore or Korean standard.

    I'm sorry but creating public spaces should be the least of your priorities.This is like the dolomite beach. All for looks but not for cleaning Manila Bay. The #1 priority should be restoring water quality. It has been centuries now and we still haven't done anything about the water itself.
