You Argentines have messed me up with Chimichuri! Had it once and now I make it weekly as I eat this on all my meats. Hell, I even dip bread in it and eat it. 😂

@@robertweston7712 I agree. I follow so many Argentinian chefs and those style after them. Francis Mallmann being my fav. As a contrast I also make a sauce combining sour cream, mayo, cream cheese, chimi herbs, salt, pepper, garlic and horseradish/wasabi paste edit: +lemon juice. Also have to try the cowboy butter!

Argie here. Thanks for not adding cilantro and thinking we are mexico.
That said, your chimi has no red whine vinegar, and also we use neutral oil for chimi, but you won't get deported out of Argentina for using Olive oil since it's part of our cuisine anways.
Also we never use bell peppers on chimi, either green or red or whatever. The closest thing we have to that is salsa criolla which is white onions, vinegar, neutral oil, uncooked and diced bell peppers and parsley.
All in all said it still looks good and, the most important thing: THANKS FOR NOT USING CILANTRO OR MAKING IT SPICY so 8.5/10
Best of luck with your channel

Your speech cadence made me think I must have accidentally set my playback at 1.5x. ;) I'll have to try this and compare out myself. Was that smoked, hot or sweet paprika?
The only statement you made in this excellent video that I though was way off base is when you said "you're not going to eat this stake all at once". That's crazy talk. ;)

First time watcher-- Very informative and entertaining video! If I may make a suggestion: to minimize the 'chewing and swallowing' sounds, instead of clipping your mic on the collar of your shirt, put it on the top edge of the apron or the strap near where it meets the apron.... I look forward to getting more of your vids in my recommendations! (BTW; is that an STCG skillet I saw?!?) Blessed Be, & Peace! 🙏☮
