  • An anxoius mind is a chaotic mind with a disarrayed traffice of thoughts bombarding the mental frame and creating mind-body imbalances. Most of these thoughts create disturbing emotions of anger, worry and fear and like a wild monkey, lead to an internal havoc. The technique shared comes from India and was shared by Yogi Bhajan to the west. It has been documented as an effective technique to combat anxiety and reset mind to a state of inner balance and more clarity of thoughts.
    The special breathing technique incorporates -
    1. Patterned breathing to streamline the thinking process - Four breaths per cycle (inhale & exhale) - nose nose, mouth mouth, nose mouth, mouth nose.
    2. Specific hand mudra to calm mental traffic of thoughts
    3. Focused gaze to prevent scattering of mind
