Yeah, i relate, i do it for people sometimes as well when they vent about their bad situations and help them get a glow up in mental strength and fortitude. However i wasn’t looking out for myself and that bad vibe is contagious so i was spongeing it and ended up depressed myself. I’ve been doing good the past 2 months though

Needed to stay he was improving so much then he left went back to the horrible habbits of not raising his hands and shit. But his conditioning, his speed everything was better. Timing etc.
I liked the training session with the reflex bag. The fact that Canelo is watching Garcia to make sure he is moving correctly also means something. I hope Garcia will consider going back to Eddie's gym, keeping his mouth shut, train hard and stay away from social media.
