A few years ago I lied on my job application for the school board about my experience with stripping and buffing I used a black pad for the buffing 🙈 after 5 minutes I realized I was doing something wrong! my boss was not happy to say the least lol 4 years later I am now the supervisor of the department I've learned a lot since that incident and I worked hard to improve my skills

I'm a cold climate custodian and have to clean the salt of floors.Would you say the barnisher would handen the wax on a tile floor? Even if it would last longer with muddy shoe? It gets bad up here.lol🇨🇦

Striping isn't bad if it's done every few years. If you wait 10 or 15 years, then that's when it's really bad.
After falling twice in one year on that stuff, I straight up told my boss that i would not strip if we dont have the stripping shoes.
    Great video Jeff!

I have tried going over a floor with a white polish pad on the burnisher after going over it with hogs hair + spray. It's good if you need to kill time as it maybe added 5% more shine but for normal usage not worth the time. A company tried to sell our college a swing machine type machine except its always on its rear wheels so no swinging and had a solution tank. I couldn't think of a good use for it IMO. Thanks for the video Jeff.

    Looks like a side-by-side and a burnisher
