So here i am , searching for stem seperation on my standalone... Akai need to hire some communication interns.

I was actually doing the same but then decided to use the software for the first time, and it's great. I will probably stay in controller mode most of the time if at home .
Mine says : unable to initialise stem system
Im on a macmini M1 with BigSur.
Any idea?????

Bought but can’t activate…Akai is apparently getting hammered and they’re backed up. Hopefully it’ll clear up soon! 😢

Yeah. I bought it and its not showing up on my activation page. Im only assuming the traffic for their server is going overboard so I'm just waiting until its smoothed out

So, If you use the software version of STEMS you will loose access to SPLICE, don't know if their still trying to be involved with splice but there will be no access to splice files.
Click do it and still doesn’t work
Wonder if like every other “ai app to separate stems” Akai use the python library for it like everyone ;)

Wow. Estou bastante surpreendido. Muita qualidade. Bem acima do que esperava tendo em contra outras opções. Tenho de mexer mais nisto para perceber qual é o workflow mais smooth. Era porreiro que fosse possivel fazer as stems de uma série de pads ao mesmo tempo

No one has lied. Akai said from the start that it would cost $10 and standalone stems would be released later.
take this energy to the akaiprovideo video and just keep putting the pressure on them.. Don't let them market it with hidden computers, playing off our expectations that this standalone device is being used in standalone.

It's not available for Mpc Beats software, It's only available for the regular Mpc software version 2.
