Can I make a request? I would LOVE to see a video when you guys have completely finished with all of the Italian workers that helped you with the property. I would like you to get their take on the plans,build,working with you etc. I think it would be interesting and funny to hear their take. I'm sure some funny things have happened through the process. You’ve had to uproot the entire front yard making a barn a home on a steep hillside. I suppose we say “life happens”. Sadly water is an extreme necessity….you are famous for endurance absorbing the rules of a foreign country. It will be amazing when finished✔️. Carryon‼️

You are a devil for punishment Brady... thank goodness you have some help. No wonder the people before you gave up and cut their losses... it seems that there was so much wrong with it all and the regulations and building codes seemed over the top. Ten out of ten for effort and persistence... you deserve some special medal.
Great job. For the surrounding land and driveway...personally I would speak to the locals who have lived on the mountain to find out what is best based on their Italian experience. I would incorporate more grass or natural ground cover than putting down stone...especially on the drive so it feels and looks very similar to when you first saw the shed with "minor" upgrades.

What about putting the driveway buried water pipes on the aggregate as well? Looks like it’s straight onto mud and stones! Great effort though and well done so far.
It is good that you are able to do this before winter sets in. Hope there is not too much rain

I noticed that your water and sewer pipes don’t to be very deep. Is the frost line not very deep there? I live in Missouri we have to put them at least 28” deep to keep them from freezing in the winter

I can't wait for the video showcasing how the hell they will pass cables through all those bends, turns and corrugated pipes.
This is one thing I don't understand, why we still use corrugated pipes, it should be smooth on the inside.
Whenever I try to pass a cable through one it always get stuck on those ridges inside, it is a nightmare doing it in a straight line, let alone when pipe is already in place.

The ground everywhere around the house, down the driveway was destroyed. Made a mucky mess for Brady to work in. 😊

The property around the front/sides of the house, down the driveway was dug up & destroyed. 😊 You just don’t “get” it.
It will take some effort to repair the land scape back to how it looked, that is expected with all the stone that had to be removed in the building process. It will be possible, if they put their mind to it.
