    It's interesting how the plates in the buffet restaurant near me have red plates... and it didn't stop me 🤭

      Just eat till your satiated not till your full and workout regularly

      @@bigdog4166 Satiated and Full were terms that meant the same for me I think. I recently fasted 10 days and I noticed portions are out of control. It’s like I’m eating 2 or even 2 and a half plates compared to what should be the norm (albeit mainly vegetables!). I’m getting full, maybe beyond full a bit because I’m even getting slightly nauseous from it.
      Thanks for bringing the difference of the two. I needed to hear it like this.

    As someone who has lost and gained more weight than most people will ever be in their life, and is still learning what does and doesn't stick for me, I only have one good piece of advice.
    You have to throw yourself very hard at something to even know if it will work for you. You need to push past the panic and stress to be able to properly judge its effect on you as a part of your routine, mentally and physically. Hopefully that helps more than me just saying it's different for everyone.

    Red and yellow supposedly make people hungrier. Putting yellow chips in a red bowl doesn't seem that smart lol

    I have 2 questions. I want everyone who sees this post to answer as soon as possible. How many calories should you eat at breakfast? My second question is should a 24 year old woman who doesn't exercise eat 12,000 calories a day or less or more? I REALLY WANT TO KNOW PLEASE

    • @sincerelyshans
      @sincerelyshans 3 роки тому +1

      How many calories you should eat at breakfast depends on how much calories you should eat for the entire day. How many calories you should eat for the entire day depends on your weight, height, age, sex, level of physical activity, and if you have any medical conditions. :)

      Hopefully you meant 1,200 calories, because eating 12,000 cal would make you ginormous especially if you don't exercise

      @@Barbie_All_The_Way lol 🤣 to answer your question if you're still interested, 1,200-1,800 calories is fine if you don't exercise. Not sure how much you eat rn but you could try tracking meals for a week, take the total average and then decrease your calorie goal by 100 or 200 calories. Good luck!

    I liked this video, but like so many other portion control videos, there is no mention of dairy, an important part of a balanced diet. Where does dairy fit in?

      Nope! Good quality oils such as extra virgin olive oil, unrefined avocado oil, unrefined raw coconut oil have polyunsaturated fats, omega 3’s, large amounts of E and K. They are good for your brain, skin, hair, heart, liver. Also, good quality oils play a crucial role in helping absorption and digestion of nutrients in the rough raw salads. It is imperative to eat your salads, raw veggies or roasted veggies with a little bit of oil on them.

    It’s honestly so disgusting when people just pile a bunch of food on their plate and then go back for seconds. 🤮 like god, you don’t need to eat that much food! And then When you eat a normal amount of food they look at you like you’re starving yourself.
