This song in particular means a lot to me bc the lyrics are so raw like what do u even do when u keep holding out hope that things will change even though you know it never will bc you can’t help yourself

your voice sounds so beautiful,strong and angelic,but at the same time the way you manage to sound anguished and sharp sounds so crushing,it's like doing well while carrying a burden
listening to this,i imagine a god,deity,a being perfect,the essence of beauty,that sees beauty in all else as well,but right now it sings of losing dogs,beings that arent "pretty" or lovable,hated and abandoned,the deity is guilty about the living who don't have value to anyone else because they're not pretty and they are losing
but the deity is madly adoring,loyal and appreciative of them,alwayd bets them,stays,truly enamoured by them,they call the unlovable people "my baby" the unlovable people love someone who cant appreciate them for who they are,and the goddess says "tell your 'baby' i'm your baby" i am here for you as much as you mean to me
the deity says "i wanna feel it" and it feels so lovingly reassuring

you are extremely talented and i can tell from just this one cover,the delivery of pronouncing things are great,most people like to go extra with songs sometimes but with your amazing strong and beautiful coordinated voice you do much justice to singing

I used these chords ^ with a capo on 3 but capo on 2 is the og key.. not sure how to describe the plucking and strumming pattern but i focused on the bottom three strings for the plucking and DDDUD for strumming (i think) ^-^
