Received my nightsky two days ago. I can confirm they fixed the sliding straps. It also comes with clip-on strap keepers. The straps won't slides even with the clip-on strap keepers removed.

I have the 22L for my daily commute, I love its look and the closing mechanism but it’s slightly to small for me. Could have been interesting to compare the space inside between both models.
Did the strap problems with the Bellroy venture 22L get resolved?
Do like to ask if the VRP still has slip issues compared to older bags like the Venture 22L and the Classic Backpack Plus 2nd Gen which I have.

@@Brian_Lau I just parted ways with my SOG Ranger 16 L, loved that bag but a bit small for my future plans. I had purchased a Bellroy Transit Backpack 28L, but it was too big for my frame; so now I have my eyes on the Venture Ready 26L.
