@@Docta_TmaBiden has always had gaffes, also every President in the last 50 years or so reads from a teleprompter. Biden does events every day and gave a TV interview a few days ago and was on Howard Stern recently and his thoughts were clear and sharp.
@@Inspiring8638 I'm not trying to say or imply that anyone is perfect. Also, I wasn't pointing out that he read from a teleprompter, as I know they all do. I was referring to a very emberassing video of Biden where as he reads it, he actually read the prompt of "pause" and "strong emphasis" out loud, not realizing he was meant to leave a pause in his speech and same for the emphasis part. It's just my opinion, but I'd reckon Biden is worse then Bush was as a president so far.
What about Kim Jung I and Un?

As a Belgian all i feel when i see something about Leopold II is disgust and shame cuz we aren't all that bad. And the only thing I can is giving my honest apologies to the Congolese peoples for all the horrible things Leopold II did to them.
As a Romanian I find this video extremely insulting about our national hero Vlad the Impaler. Vlad III wasn’t much more “evil” or cruel than any other ruler in his time and place, really. He didn’t even invent the impaling; this kind of punishment was widespread in 15th century Eastern Europe. After he took over the voivodal throne, he had to deal with many external and internal enemies. Among them were the local Saxon merchants, who were plotting against him. He had them impaled, as one did with the treaters, mainly to scare the others. The stories about the cruel duke reached the German Empire by the time the printing press was invented. So, he quickly became probably the first “bad guy” in the news.He’s considered a positive figure in Romanian historiography because of his political goals, namely consolidating Vallachia in a very complicated situation and the fact that thanks to his cunning diplomacy and good military tactics he ended up gaining a relative independence from the Ottomans and Hungarians alike. And then he got murdered in a treason.
I enjoy reading another take on this position. I admit it sounds funny to say something like "He impaled them, as one does." It makes it sound like you're trying to humorously understate the issue in an off-hand way, which probably isn't the case. ;-)
So if Vlad didn’t stop the invading forces would have run roughshod all over Europe changing a Christian society into an Islamic society. Some rather brutal tactics I must say but absolutely necessary for the time and Vlad is not the absolute villain he is portrayed to be.
Rewatch the video. They acknowledge the good things he did, but he was so much sadistic than other leaders during that era.

I nominate two other dictators of Africa: Jean Bedel Bokassa of the Central African Republic, who allegedly practiced cannibalism & fed his enemies alive to the animals in his private zoo, and Macias Nguema of Equatorial Guinea, who was said to have been mentally unstable and a drug user. The Raven’s Eye here on UA-cam has videos on both those two and when you see them, you’ll know they deserve a spot on this list.
Indeed. Nguema himself was deposed by his own nephew, given a quick trial and shot that same evening. He was executed at Black Beach prison where so many of his victims met horrific ends, and still is infamous as the world's worst prison.

Not really. Bush was an awful president. So what if his presidency saw to the toppling and death of Saddam Hussein? That doesn't change his awful policies, restriction of civil liberties, the pointless wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, and being responsible for the eventual rise of ISIS.
Bush shouldn’t be on this list. Y’all missed a lot of people that even dwarf Saddam, making him not bad enough for the list either. There’s other examples on the list that aren’t bad enough to be in the top ten. At least Leopold is on here. He’s usually ignored.

Hitler was actually inspired by Mussolini and fascism in Italy, not the other way around. Mussolini came to power in 1921, Hitler came to power in 1933. I could probably go in about the other factual historical inaccuracy in this video, but I’ll just say I wonder who your researcher was and whether they actually bothered to do any research

Because nothing that Trump did as president ever came close to having has horrible consequences as what Bush did. I'm not defending Trump, I hink he's a madman with no respect for democracy, but Bush killed MILLIONS through his unjust war againt Iraq which ended up de-stabilizaing the entire Middle East, which in turn eventually led to ISIS and their even further massacres. Saddam Hussein was a demon as well, but Bush's actions to take him out (actions caused by greed for oil and not for compasion for the iraqi people, or even to make America a safter place; those were all lies that Bush and his companions told) ended up doing more damage and killing more people than Saddam ever could.
