I love that it is basically square without all the in and out jogs many have. Much more pratical on many levels, yet still looks lovely outside. Lots of windows and light and easy to change up some features to customize, like just one big bath would be nicer for me. The garden shed with car port is excellent as well!
Ohhhh..!! Hell yeah..!!! V’seen a good number of these videos of homes.. ..and that’s a favorite, i would have to say..!! Out of the many.., it’s the first w/ the open floor plan for the kitchen and family room. Really like that it has a mud-room/drop zone right as all come in through the front.. ..so it gives it a real inviting feel & not overly fancy..!! Warm & cozy .. especially w/ the design to the fireplace….. Love those light fixtures in the main bath & main bedroom… Really gives it a bit of an antic.., ..little house on the prairie feel..!! It’s great that the two bathrooms are well built!! Plus note it’s cool that they thought to include a covered parking for the auto…! It’s a step up from the rest i have seen and could be a good place to stack up a few rows of wood for the fireplace to keep it as dry as is necessary….!! Well done..!!! So sweet..!! -Can i have about five of those in some awesome area of the Land so as to have my loved ones nearby..!..(?) 😂🤣😄 Yup..! Right….. 🤓
Love this plan TM Studio! You have become one of my favorites! I definitely would purchase this plan. Love the walk in closet space and car port, wish was attached to house but good just to see one included on the design! Great Job!❤😮😊
A very homey cottage! I love the proportions and the decor. Heck, I don’t even have any requests or suggestions -apart from a move-in date, please. Great home - would definitely live here!
Lovely. My change would be the Laundry. I am fine with compact, but would prefer an external vent. Move the hall closet there, shift the principal bath over and install W/D in what seems to be the pantry by the back door.
When needed in design, venting for dryers simply are vented down, in crawl space, and directed to exterior vent in foundation. Have done this in several homes.
@@nancygoodwin6891 A short, straight duct is best, but if it's a bit longer and/or has bends it just needs to be checked and cleaned periodically. Very long or convoluted runs can be dangerous.
Beautiful! My only add is this: in the kitchen you used a dark grey or black grout, while the rest of the family room and elsewhere has a softer look, don't use such dark grout colors making the tile so pointent or bold, while the rest of the kitchen and family room are softer. It draws the eyes too much to the tile, you want the focus on all of it. Tile isn't the focus but it becomes the focus because the tile grout should be white, which would have produced a softer look blending with the rest of the two rooms.
2:51 I rather like this design, but I'm not sure the oven is entirely safely accessible, with the island counter right there; once the oven door is open, getting "straight on" access to hot dishes would be dicey. It would not work if the owner was on the larger side physically...A wall oven may work better. Everything else is great. (I'd be very unwilling to sacrifice the island bench, love it)
Очень продуманная планировка. Хороший внешний вид, веранда. Простая крыша- удобная при строительстве, без ненужного усложнения и удорожания. Небольшая прихожая остекление на веранде тоже нужные вещи
Because it's not a real house, just a CGI rendition of a house. Notice no electrical outlets, no wires to lamps, no locks on windows, no latches on doors, just knobs or handles. Just a fantasy.
Why no prices? Maybe because this isn't a real house, just a CGI rendition of a house. Notice, no electrical outlets, no wiring to lamps, no latches on doors, just knobs or handles, no locks on windows. It's just floorplans and decor. I wonder if actual architectural blueprints are available or if these houses are just an artistic exercise?
This is an overall nicely designed layout. A+ for that. But OMG, the decor is awful. It's possible to combine different furniture and decor styles together well, but IMO this isn't an example of that. Country (or rustic) and industrial can work together. But there are too many styles in this small house. There's rattan and wicker on the front porch with contemporary rockers that are too big for the space.. no room for them to rock back and forth without hitting a wall or railing. Bad choice. Inside, the open concept makes everything visible from one end of the house to the other. That's the good thing about open concept. But it's not a good thing when you see contemporary furniture, a gilded Victorian mirror over a somewhat colonial mantle, a quasi-country dining table, a rustic farmhouse island a colonial chandelier over the table and an industrial looking fixture over the island. The choice of subway tile in the kitchen doesn't appeal to me either. It looks cold and uninviting. The outdoor porch furniture is modern and doesn't match the country cottage theme. Plus, the chairs don't look comfortable at all. I can't imagine spending much time sitting on those dining chairs. As a project in interior design it's a big mess.
Finally a design with actual closets. I would prefer w/ d on outside wall to vent. Thus one is great!
The outdoor living spaces are a wonderful addition!
I like this house
Love this!

A good plan. I like the screened porch, and in the right climate it could be glassed in for year-round use.
Thank you!! 😊
Magnifique maison !!! J'adore 💕 beaucoup !!!💚💚💚💚

I like it😊
LOVE THIS ONE. Has everything i dreamed up in my mind. Would love the blue prints
I love it! It's perfect 👌💋
Great Sketchup design.......... now build it.
Lovely ❤❤❤❤
Very nice, could live in this with a couple minor changes.
Floor plan and porches seem good to me. What's the cost range to build?
Very interested in this plan. #? Construction cost estimate?
Would love to know what software you use for your beautiful house plans. My daughter loves playing with home designing and Christmas is coming 😊
Lovely. My change would be the Laundry. I am fine with compact, but would prefer an external vent. Move the hall closet there, shift the principal bath over and install W/D in what seems to be the pantry by the back door.
Good idea. That would provide a direct vent out, and if you prefer to hang your laundry outside to dry, it's much more convenient.

@@Bobrogers99 Agree. People need to be aware of dryer vents becoming full of highly combustible lint. Clean often
Beautiful! How can someone purchase a set of building plans for this house?

What you are talking about is personal preference, you should keep it personal
How much does this cottage design cost?
❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉
Where I can get it. How much it the costs
How do I get a copy of these plans? They are perfect
Yes, how do we purchase the house plans?
❤

Really nice except dishwasher placement is ridiculous

Amazing how much a d I am in MI

I never see prices why is that?

Love everything about this house EXCEPT where the w/d are. I just can't manage with them in a closet.
