Great video. The best part about this sales strategy is you completely bypass marketing. No need to wait months to build up a content marketing blog, or experiment with tons of low converting ad campaigns. Just get a personalized video directly in front of the target customer.
I've actually been doing this for a while... I think the input Vs. The output is not worth it. I've spend hours on loom and sometimes people don't answer or even watch the video. Often people are scared to click on links or videos... I do believe that it's Better to reach out to the prospect and say "you can improve your SoMe / LinkedIn by doing xxxx, if you don't mind, I can send you a short video and show you how"

It's quite time consuming, maybe even more than the first line method. I thought of saying something like(in the first email) "hey, I just made a quick video review of your website with some useful tips on how to improve it. Would you be the right person to send it to?" Then if they reply with a yes, I can go ahead and create a video for them. That way less time is wasted on those that won't even bother to reply on a email with the video included(in the first message). What do you think Phil? Thanks!
This approach is really good as well. Give it a go and let me know how it goes super curious to see what is working for different people. I recommend sending out 10 a day and just do this consistently and you’ll see some decent results. Conversions should be good so you shouldn’t have to be sending out 100’s of emails a day. But I think your approach make total sense. Keep us updated on how things go!
@@B2BHero ,thanks for the reply. I was actually thinking 100 or so a month. I'll A B test a couple of different copies and offers(selling websites)to see what works. It will take time, but I am convinced cold emails can do wonders for your sales if you create a system that works.
@@ChantOfTheSpring Sounds perfect, I would up that to like 50 a week, but just do what you feel comfortable with. Yes, cold email can be a challenge to make work but it can be a great marketing channel so keep at it!
Hi Phillip thanks for sharing. When sending out a cold email campaign do you change the subject line or keep it the same throughout? Does this change depend on if it is a newsletter or specific leads?

@@mohd_imrxn from cold email? Yes 100% just scrape the emails of UA-camrs or whoever your Icp is and start following my videos on how to approach them. But yes I know people targeting UA-camrs with cold email successfully

I generally have one subject line which I’ve ab tested before I know gets a good open rate - like over 50% but up to 65-70% open rate

dont you get a higher change to get flagged as spam when sending emails with a link?
