I feel like these are spiritual successors to the nike monarchs. People may not feel the aesthetics of the shoe but I think it’s hella clean imo, especially for a hoop shoe.
I don’t think we got see him play in any of his shoes lol… the last ones didn’t even come out, and they’re pretty much all the same, come on new balance, you used to make such amazing basketball shoes… I used to feel absolutely no shock from the ground with the old basketball shoes that had abzorb, they felt a little on the heavy side, but oh man were those some comfortable shoes to play in, they also had more premium materials… I don’t really enjoy fuel cell, they need a break in period and then they bottom out pretty much immediately after, so these shoes are not made to last, then another pair I had was the first two wxy and they were bad, very cheaply made, poor traction and the cushion had zero response, perhaps good for side to side but nothing else… hire me in the design team… I’ll help you guys get back in the mix
kawhi 3's are elite shoes after breaking in for a while. 2wxy v4 were awesome shoes. V3 were good and really comfortable but a little flimsy with lateral containment
