Rolling out the dough was not so easy... I used Finely shredded Kale and feta: fantastic result!
I wrapped a left-over cooked gozleme in baking paper then put in a freezer bag. It came back perfect once thawed and microwaved for a minute. B-)
How does the olive oil seal the dough? I've never known oil to seal dough. Thanks.
