Went through and found the best way to get to all of these via the "New Game" button on the main menu
Location 1 - Chapter 1, Advanced Cube Mechanics (You have to solve 2 other chambers before reaching the glass)
Location 2 - Chapter 2, The Default Route (Although you do have to listen to some dialogue)
Location 3 - Chapter 4, Power Switches
Location 4 - Chapter 6, Vacuum Tube Examination
Location 5 - Chapter 8, Finale

1:22 - You can turn around and place a light bridge to the right to bring you right to the glass instead of jumping
