Worked perfectly on my fully updated version of the game, thanks! I've been regretting never taking advantage of some of the earlier version glitches, but I wanted to beat the game first. Now that I'm just running around doing silly stuff, having a couple extra long lasting hylian shields is going to really come in handy!
I hope you have a good day/afternoon/night, whenever you see this video! Edit 01/10/2024 ‼ Some important notes ‼ 1. To “exit” this glitch (Become invisible out of the blue) , just fast travel to anywhere! 2. When you are done duping and later on you want more, you need to go back to our favorite likelike to go back to cull state 3. If you climb out of the cave, Link does not become invisible, make sure you got eaten "the right way" and the camera stayed where it was, if so, after getting out, watch a memory and then you should become invisible! If this still does not work, make sure you ascend from the exact position shown in the video! 4. Any weapon used as fuse material will lose it´s modifier (attack up, durability up, etc)! 5. If you have other weapons that you want to save, you can keep them at your house by putting them on display, there is a maximum of 6 equipment though. 6. If you find it difficult to time getting eaten by the likelike, maybe try to pause and unpause multiple times when it is about to eat you to time it better and press the "A" button 7. If you are duping a lot of equipment, it´s recommended to pick them up and save from time to time, if you don´t pick them up, they will start accumulating near Link and might cause delay in hoping onto the stick because Link would pick them up after watching a memory instead of hoping onto the stick, and this could cause softlock of the game!

I prefer watching yours over everyone else’s because I like your candor and you make having to rewatch the video 10 times (in order to succeed in duplication 😂) actually tolerable hahahaha! Question about this one - can I do this dupe process when I come out of the well at hateno village before doing the item dupe in the dye shop, or do I have to keep the glitches seperate/have to do weapons at lookout landing? Whenever I try item dupe at lookout landing front gate I always get completely stuck in cull state three steps onto the bridge so I avoid that major time waste area like the plague! (lost about 3.5 hrs/four attempts at the glitch to failed bridge crossing!)

I finally beat the game! Yang’s glitches made it way more enjoyable! I did not 100% the game but plan to go back and finish all the side quests and shrines. Thanks Yang! Your glitches allowed me to have at least 10x more fun! Maybe more than that!😂😂

Tip if you guys are duping two handed weapons, if you watch a memory then spam A to get into the control stick you might pick up the two handed weapon you just duped, which will softlock you and if you didn’t save it will lose all your duping progress. Make sure after watching the memory you wait till the weapon fully stops moving and hits the ground. If you get culled again your ok just watch a memory and now you can spam A to get onto the control stick. If anyone was having that trouble I tried to explain the best I could. It’s after the part where you fuse your weapons
A tip for timing getting eaten by the like-like: use the quick menus to count the amount of beats the weird like-like core does, on the fifth one, look if the like-like moves after the fifth beat, get out of the quick menu and *mash* A, this helped me quite a bit :D Edit: another thing i discovered with this, after you dupe the items, the sacrificial weapons are still on your back like in the video, but for some reason you can still use them..just not drop them or even take them out, they work but they also..don’t? It’s weird, weapons use their last attack animation when you swing them (they dont deal damage), you can pull out a shield and parry with it but it doesn’t protect you, *AND BOWS CAN STILL SHOOT ARROWS WITHOUT TAKING ANY DURABILITY.*
I was super intimidated to try this glitch out when i first found the video, but other than timing the like like cull, which still only took me about 5 or 10 minutes to figure out consistently (my problem was that I was standing ON the stick instead of right behind it) this was surprisingly straight-forward and easy to do. Not as easy as BOTW's inventory overload glitch, and definitely more time consuming, but it's a lot more satisfying when everything happens the right way in this glitch. One more thing, remember to disable your sages while you're trying to get the like like cull. Tulin especially likes to mess things up.
Yeah I remmeber when I tried botw glitches for the first time, seeing Link´s body getting hidden and only the head showing in the inventory, it kind of scared me lol, glitches are kind of indimidating for someone who try them for the first time

I spent 10 hours without stop trying over and over and over failing every time and slowly losing my sanity each time then I went to sleep then I tried again when I woke up and got it first try. Now every time I do it I get it first try. I don’t know what happened either

Hii, sometimes that type of softlocking happens! You can save in cull state, there will not be any problem! Just restart the game when you try to load the save because if you load the save directly there maybe a small glitch, but restarting the game, would prevent & solve it!

Is there an alternate worm or location to do this? Only reason I ask is I'm doing a minimal run with 4 hearts and unupgraded armor but I really wanna dupe my good weapons and shields lol. I also wanna fight all the bosses in the end so I'm trying to avoid completing a temple. Or is there a way to get in ?

hello, when performing the cull glitch with the likelike i managed to do it the right way but when i hopped onto the the control stick to activate the ability menu and ascending through the cave link didn't become invisible, i tried watching a memory but that didn't help either, do you know what is the problem
@@chasemull8415 i think i understand why link may not cull, it has something to do with where you ascend through ground, make sure to ascend through the exact point shown in the video
If I duplicate a weapon that has a buff on it (like attack up) but don't fuse it to another weapon, will the new duplicated weapon also have the same buff on it?
i've been trying to hit the cull state for the past hour and nothing i've tried has worked. i've tried timing it just by vision, i've tried timing it by counting the pulses of the core, i've tried using the quick menus to time it, absolutely nothing has worked, he either spits me right back out like nothing happened, or knocks me backward. at this point i'm convinced that this trick is frame perfect.
yes, it´s almost frame perfect, what I´ve learned with hundreds of attempts is that you develop a "feeling" that when the likelike charges at you, you somehow know when you should press the A button...
After doing the glitch if you walk over to the robot who boosts your battery if you walk on the white flooring where it is it lets you go into cull stat again walk off the platform then get back on and BOOM cull stat again this speeds the process skips the like like and also helps you save some of your steering wheels Only requires one wheel compared to the three steering wheels normally Anyways hoped this helped you
@@yanggaming3642 it’s the zonai helper thing the same type robot that gives you the purah pad. It’s the one that boosts your batter when on the white floor material you can enter cull state and when you walk off you can go back on that white material flooring and you enter cull state again
@@yanggaming3642 This is the fastest way to do it if you head under the sky rock the crystal refinery is on (the robot that upgrades your battery capacity) and use ascend in the corner to head up to the platform it’s standing on it’ll induce cull state and you can repeat the steps from there without the like like just jump off the platform and ascend again 🙏
Amazing video very helpful, but when I tried to dupe my lightscale trident and hop on the control stick it instead picked up the duped trident instead of hopping on the control stick and both the pause menu and purah pad are unaccessible the same with other buttons except looking around, home button and camera button and that's it. Kinda a big problem cause I was duping a lot of other weapons as well but didn't save cause I thought it would ruin the glitch so yeah careful guys
Well after doing the whole thing again, you can dupe tridents and spears. You just have to let the duped spear/trident fall on the ground an you become invisible again then watch a memory to get 1 second of freedom to hop on control stick and there you go! BTW you can save during duping but loading the save won't make the glitch happen again

You made a good point, equipment should be collected from time to time to prevent them from accumulating near Link and might cause delay in hoping onto the stick because Link would pick them up after watching a memory and unpause instead of hoping onto the stick, and the consecutive softlock of the game!
This is also totaly true, you can pick up equipment and save from time to time, because the worst thing that can happen is that it gets softlocked but if you save frequently you don´t lose the equipment that you have picked up.
Can confirm this works of April 18,2024 if y’all having problems learn how to CULL before pulling this glitch because once you do they all become easy this guy not only helped me dupe every item on 1.2.1 and gave me an unbreakable master sword but now am able to dupe my hyrule shield so I can have multiple copy’s with durability +2 which are pristine!
What is the point in fusing the weapons? I don’t see how it accelerates the process unless you unfuse them in Tarrey Town, and if so I don’t see that being super worth it, still would take a little bit.
The point of fusing the weapons is to make more of them when you do the glitch so instead of just one you can technically glitch two at once. Breaking down a weapon in Tarrey town is literally a two-second process.
Brother, you get twice the amount of weapons in the same amount of time. It would take way less time to break all of them down than it would to get the same number without fusing. Also, double hylian shield just looks hilarious
I tried with master sword on a tree branch, and had the branch on my back, was able to swing it, but the game said I had nothing equiped for weapons. Saved and loaded, I didn't have anything equiped
try this! by @Ziombel2137 For people who's still struggling with like like step, count 5 pulse of his tongue (I think it is tongue) and then try to count 6th pulse that don't exist in same beat as others and then hop on stick, I'm sure it will work in like 1st or 2nd try

this happens when you pick up weapon right before you get culled, to stop it being happenning, I would say, pick up weapons more frequently and also save from time to time to keep the weapons!
I fused two Julian shields together and both had durability up + after duplication of multiple shields using original shield to duplicate each time I decided to check to make sure duplicate s both still had durability up+ and the fused shield no longer had durability up+, did I do something wrong or that doesn't carry over in dup process. Hoped wouldn't have to add bonus ability again to dups
Hii, after fuse, I believe the shield that is used as fuse material will loss the modifier (+`durability), but the shield which the previous shield is fused to should keep it´s modifier, is that the case?
@@yanggaming3642 That's correct. A weapon or shield fused onto another weapon or shield looses its bonus stats (durability up, attack up etc), while the shield or weapon you were holding during the fuse retains it's bonus stats.
hi, it´s not mandatory to use the stick to unlock the wheel, you can choose ascend as default ability before getting eaten then you will be able to use ascend after you reach the spot

It no longer works in 1.2.1, it’s hard but after some time I get the like like to eat me properly and in fact the wheel doesn’t work, so need to do the stick thing to be able to ascend, but after link ascend it never becomes invisible and everything works as usual and doing the steps mentioned, does nothing, I think is because of the update, the last time it asked me to update was maybe 1 or 2 weeks ago, but it has a long time that I haven’t played it.
Look at the ball that comes out of the likelike when it's mouth opens. It will pulse 5 times (while also vibrating the controller 5 times) before eating you. The moment you see that 5th pulse and feel that 5th vibration you hit A to get on the stick.
To more properly answer the question; There is actually a team of players (glitch hunters, speed runners, etc.) who are constantly seeking and finding new ways to break the game wide open, as well as manipulate the building mechanic to do way more than it should allow.

I also don't have the tools that helps users pin point glitches that only works at perfect alignments. You know, that thing that switches coins/rings/score or timer into "location of the player" tool thingy.
Can someone explain to me how to get into that cave? I don't have that opening yet my my current playthrough, and I cannot remember how to do it. If this is another end-game glitch, then it's worthless.

yeah! good strategy to experience the game progress first then in the after-game exploring phase use glitches
I went right into glitches after mostly beating botw without and horsing around later. They were so fun.
Man that one old glitch where you just shock yourself in your house and boom weapon duped

If you are using the fuse method, make sure to use the break apart shop to split them up, because otherwise you will lose those items.

@@chasemull8415 i think i understand why link may not cull, it has something to do with where you ascend through ground, make sure to ascend through the exact point shown in the video
Yeah, the cull area is limited and a different position may cause Link to be unculled

when your done duping and later on you want more do you need to go back to our favorite likelike to go back to cull state?
Yes, once the LikeLike is unloaded, you will have to get back and set it up once again

i've been trying to hit the cull state for the past hour and nothing i've tried has worked. i've tried timing it just by vision, i've tried timing it by counting the pulses of the core, i've tried using the quick menus to time it, absolutely nothing has worked, he either spits me right back out like nothing happened, or knocks me backward. at this point i'm convinced that this trick is frame perfect.
yes, it´s almost frame perfect, what I´ve learned with hundreds of attempts is that you develop a "feeling" that when the likelike charges at you, you somehow know when you should press the A button...
Finally I can have a full inventory of hylian shields
There are collateral effects in game by doing this procedure?

After doing the glitch if you walk over to the robot who boosts your battery if you walk on the white flooring where it is it lets you go into cull stat again walk off the platform then get back on and BOOM cull stat again this speeds the process skips the like like and also helps you save some of your steering wheels
Only requires one wheel compared to the three steering wheels normally

@@yanggaming3642 it’s the zonai helper thing the same type robot that gives you the purah pad. It’s the one that boosts your batter when on the white floor material you can enter cull state and when you walk off you can go back on that white material flooring and you enter cull state again
@@yanggaming3642 This is the fastest way to do it if you head under the sky rock the crystal refinery is on (the robot that upgrades your battery capacity) and use ascend in the corner to head up to the platform it’s standing on it’ll induce cull state and you can repeat the steps from there without the like like just jump off the platform and ascend again 🙏

Amazing video very helpful, but when I tried to dupe my lightscale trident and hop on the control stick it instead picked up the duped trident instead of hopping on the control stick and both the pause menu and purah pad are unaccessible the same with other buttons except looking around, home button and camera button and that's it. Kinda a big problem cause I was duping a lot of other weapons as well but didn't save cause I thought it would ruin the glitch so yeah careful guys
Well after doing the whole thing again, you can dupe tridents and spears. You just have to let the duped spear/trident fall on the ground an you become invisible again then watch a memory to get 1 second of freedom to hop on control stick and there you go! BTW you can save during duping but loading the save won't make the glitch happen again

You made a good point, equipment should be collected from time to time to prevent them from accumulating near Link and might cause delay in hoping onto the stick because Link would pick them up after watching a memory and unpause instead of hoping onto the stick, and the consecutive softlock of the game!
This is also totaly true, you can pick up equipment and save from time to time, because the worst thing that can happen is that it gets softlocked but if you save frequently you don´t lose the equipment that you have picked up.

My shield disappeared instead of turning into what i wanted to dupe does it need to be unfused or something
Can confirm this works of April 18,2024 if y’all having problems learn how to CULL before pulling this glitch because once you do they all become easy this guy not only helped me dupe every item on 1.2.1 and gave me an unbreakable master sword but now am able to dupe my hyrule shield so I can have multiple copy’s with durability +2 which are pristine!

What is the point in fusing the weapons? I don’t see how it accelerates the process unless you unfuse them in Tarrey Town, and if so I don’t see that being super worth it, still would take a little bit.
The point of fusing the weapons is to make more of them when you do the glitch so instead of just one you can technically glitch two at once. Breaking down a weapon in Tarrey town is literally a two-second process.

Brother, you get twice the amount of weapons in the same amount of time. It would take way less time to break all of them down than it would to get the same number without fusing. Also, double hylian shield just looks hilarious

I tried with master sword on a tree branch, and had the branch on my back, was able to swing it, but the game said I had nothing equiped for weapons. Saved and loaded, I didn't have anything equiped

For people who's still struggling with like like step, count 5 pulse of his tongue (I think it is tongue) and then try to count 6th pulse that don't exist in same beat as others and then hop on stick, I'm sure it will work in like 1st or 2nd try

hi there, hmm currently I think the only way to save those weapons is to go to your house and put them on display, there is a maximum of 6 equipment though.

this happens when you pick up weapon right before you get culled, to stop it being happenning, I would say, pick up weapons more frequently and also save from time to time to keep the weapons!
I fused two Julian shields together and both had durability up + after duplication of multiple shields using original shield to duplicate each time
I decided to check to make sure duplicate s both still had durability up+ and the fused shield no longer had durability up+, did I do something wrong or that doesn't carry over in dup process. Hoped wouldn't have to add bonus ability again to dups
Hii, after fuse, I believe the shield that is used as fuse material will loss the modifier (+`durability), but the shield which the previous shield is fused to should keep it´s modifier, is that the case?

A weapon or shield fused onto another weapon or shield looses its bonus stats (durability up, attack up etc), while the shield or weapon you were holding during the fuse retains it's bonus stats.

It does. I've just done it. Getting culled consistently takes a lot of practice.
yeah this requires some practice, when you have practiced a lot, you will do this in less than 1 minute

hi, it´s not mandatory to use the stick to unlock the wheel, you can choose ascend as default ability before getting eaten then you will be able to use ascend after you reach the spot

It no longer works in 1.2.1, it’s hard but after some time I get the like like to eat me properly and in fact the wheel doesn’t work, so need to do the stick thing to be able to ascend, but after link ascend it never becomes invisible and everything works as usual and doing the steps mentioned, does nothing, I think is because of the update, the last time it asked me to update was maybe 1 or 2 weeks ago, but it has a long time that I haven’t played it.

Look at the ball that comes out of the likelike when it's mouth opens. It will pulse 5 times (while also vibrating the controller 5 times) before eating you. The moment you see that 5th pulse and feel that 5th vibration you hit A to get on the stick.

To more properly answer the question; There is actually a team of players (glitch hunters, speed runners, etc.) who are constantly seeking and finding new ways to break the game wide open, as well as manipulate the building mechanic to do way more than it should allow.

Hi, in that case, make sure you got eaten "the right way" and the camera stayed where it was, if so, after getting out, watch a memory and then you should become invisible!
