You shouldn't take 20 grams in a single intake. In the case of doing a loading phase, you should divide the intakes into 4 of 5 grams each.

How's the result of this product?
For me, I’ve experienced an increase in muscle and strength and more endurance during a workout. I was planning to make an update video about my results, but I haven’t yet, lol. Might make one soon though!
