Hey man, I believe there was little to no caffeine in that powder. I have another flavour currently right now, and it doesn’t mention anything about caffeine, so maybe it’s the same as the one in the video. With my experience with the powder, I don’t think there was much or even any caffeine. Hope that helps :)

I think I would recommend the small! Because it’s an oversized shirt, I think it should fit well without it being too small nor too big. But if you wanna ensure u get an oversized look, you could definitely go with the medium!

Hey man! For you, I think that an XL would probably look similar to what mine looks on me! I also think you might not go wrong with a Large. I think if you went with a large, it would maybe look the closest to what mine looks on me. While the XL may be similar, I think it’d be a bit of a baggy look (really giving the Oversized T style). I think in your case, a medium would probably be the best between the medium and a large. I think you’ll still get that oversized look, and hopefully wouldn’t still be too big.

@@charliechannel655 No need to excuse yourself we are all learning from mistakes :) Just for you next time really take youre time to tell the audiance your height and weight so people can compare. Example your 5'7 and I am 5'5 I see you get a S and I see how it looks and fits on you. If I would like it more oversized than you have it i would still go for a S. If not i would go for an XS. The short is a good idea to showcase a singel item but if you do make a haul in future please think of the things i listed here. Is really gonna improve the quality of the video (and pls showcase the entire shirt, the lenght, the width, the sleves, the back etc...). NO HATE much love G

Since one scoop is already like 27g of protein, I think it’d just depend on who you are and what you’re doing (if you’re bulking or not). I would probably say just one if you’re not bulking.

Yea it’s really comfortable, strong, and quite cheap compared to other belts.

To be honest, I’m not entirely sure. But I don’t think they would have an expiry date. But if you won it from gymshark then it’s possible because no one had to pay for it. But I don’t think there’s an expiry date.

Hey man thank you! I just looked at their women’s oversized tshirts, and it looks like an XS might be a good fit for your cousin. Because the woman who was displaying the shirt is 5’9”, and based on how It looked on her, might be a good fit if your cousin (that is if your looking for an oversized fit). And if not a XS then I would have to say either and XXS or S. Hope that helps!

Damn I'm 180 and 5'11", also on the fence myself for a large, but I'd rather go big or go home. I normally always go large on my clothes and have other oversized tees in large from other brands and absolutely love the fit and feel

Hey bro I think if you also got a small it would look relatively similar to how it looked on me (due to us having similar height). But I am around 165lbs, so it it possible that it would have a SLIGHT tighter feel for you. So i think a small wouldn’t be such a bad idea for you, also since you’re cutting, you’re gonna lose weight (depending where you are in your cut).

Sadly I wasn’t sure if you’d answer and I was looking at how it would look on others and I decided with a M hopefully it won’t be too big, I was just a bit worried it would fit too tight in a small, hopefully it fits the way I’d want it to since I like more of a bigger/loose feeling with my shirts, and maybe eventually I’ll end up getting another one in small if I want it more tight!
