    Great video but I probably would also change the plugs since they probably have never been changed. But on the other hand maybe they have since one of the 12mm bolts was missing.
    Probably a good idea to also change the PVC valve while you have access.

      I misspoke on my original, it was not #2. So I did those #3, & 3 days later #6 failed on my wife. P0306 so I did that one in front.

    Speaking of a plenum I called it the intake manifold, forgive me I'm still learning. I recently like less than 3 weeks ago got my engine replaced by a shop. I noticed I had a fuel lean bank 1 P0171 this was after the repair. Car was running lean I tracked it down to be a vacuum leak (looking at fuel trims short and long term). I snapped the throttle and trims started to decrease meaning a vacuum leak. I sprayed brake cleaner around the plenum/intake manifold engine almost died. I told the shop what happened and they said they fix it tomorrow on the house. I was understanding because I understand human errors can happen, even with the professionals. Btw it was a noticeable hole like they scratched it with a screwdriver or something.

      You have to do it in 2 steps. First step is 5 FT.Lbs., second step is 20 FT. Lbs. So first torque it to 5 ft.lbs and then torque them again to 20 Ft. Lbs.

      A faulty purge valve can cause a rough running condition. You should find a video on UA-cam showing how to test one, to see if yours is bad, or you can take a chance and replace it. The codes P1441 & P0445 has to do with that purge valve.

    I am so mad right now, I took my 2004 nissan murano to our local Canadian tire, i gave them this p0303 code, they suggested a spark plug, coil and plenum gasket replacement. So after getting the car back the problem was worse. Now I am getting p0300. The problem is the shop wants to charge me 100 to diagnose it even though it is to figure out what they did. So I am in a hard place so i said diagnose it, they come back and tell me the problem is that the tensioner pulley was bad so they need to replace the bracket, belt and the pulley. It has been since Saturday, it is now Friday. Thursday I went to pick up the car and was told that that did not fix the problem. Basically they do not know what the problem is, they are saying it could be a bad ground, is this correct or what else could be the problem?

    • @OnlineAutoRepairVideos

      Did you have the P0300 before they did anything?

    • @sr8shoota
      @sr8shoota 5 років тому

      @@OnlineAutoRepairVideos no before they did the work it was a p0303. Then after they did the work. It turned into a p0300. Messed up part is they said my serpentine belt, tensioner and bracket needed to be replaced to fix the problem. They changed the parts and it didn't fix the problem. What seemed to fix the problem was them taking the rear 3 plugs and coils to the front and the fronts to the rear . I was Billed for labor to replace the new bracket, tensioner and belt.total of 356.
