Hope you intend to catch the Cowboy Bebop movie, as well. It's a nice little cap to the series, even while the series finale is 100% the "end" of the show. As far as anime series, I really don't watch that many, but Samurai Champloo is a natural follow-up to Cowboy Bebop since both were created by Shinichiro Watanabe. I'd say after Cowboy Bebop, though, my actual second favorite anime series is Last Exile. It's set in a slightly mysterious futuristic world with steampunk-y airships and archaic social structures.
I’d love to see the crew react to Death to Smoochy (movie), Severance for some serious tinfoil hat action, or Midnight Mass for some spooky tinfoil hat action.
Thanks Mikey. This is one of my favorite Bebop episodes. Probably because it feels so poignant and bittersweet seeing what Faye learns and how both Ed story concludes. On one hand I'm glad Ein goes with Ed but it is also sad to see our group of loners break up. Well on to the two-part conclusion. I haven't seen the Cowboy Bebop movie so I'll have to find where to watch it.
The "calm me, call me" scene with Ed walking against the sunset is always emotional. They should have won some kind of award for it, but didn't because the entertainment industry is run by soulless hacks.
I stil get emotional when ed leaves.. and how she left spike the pinwheel.. and spike placing it on the tip of the bebop. It sucks ..ed and spike had a bond that i think the movie captured more.. and makes me think of the in between episodes.. hoe the crew got along.
I have tried several times but just can't get into anime. Have you seen any of the old Adult Swim shows like Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law or Sealab 2021?
@@732ReviewCrew When I was a kid I used to like Battle of the Planets but Anime wasn't really big in the states then. I really like the sequence in Kill Bill. I just got done watching Dark on Netflix and you guys should totally do that show sometime. It was amazing.

Oh wow, I’d love to see a Space Ghost Coast to Coast reaction!
