I'm from AZ but I currently live in Portland, OR. I am SO happy to not be an AZ right now and to live in a state that has been taking this seriously! It is crazy how there is pretty much no phasing back in AZ and all the bars and restaurants are packed (that picture of all those people at CASA on mill ave is so nasty). My family in AZ is still choosing to stay home as much as they can but I worry about them a lot since the infection rate keeps going up. Stay safe!
KEATON! I struggle with social anxiety and it’s really affecting my life! I’d really like to know how you deal with it and your thoughts on it! Love you and your videos 💓💓
Hi Keaton! I’m actually in chiropractic school and about to graduate, I really think you should see a Chiro for your wrists. We treat carpal tunnel all the time, the bones in your wrist and hands can be misaligned which pinches the nerve. My sister is a hairdresser and had the worst carpal tunnel but her Chiro healed it. Just thought this would help since you’re in so much pain and the brace isn’t helping!
Use the massage gun on your forearm/hand to help the pain! Also, get Brandon to dig into & massage your thumb tissue! I just finished D1 tennis & that really helped me when I would sometimes get tendinitis & injuries.
Keaton!! I never used to get lip zits but once I started using Laniege I got them twice. I hated it so much. I’m always afraid to say it since everyone is obsessed with their products, but I wanted to let you know in case that’s what’s causing yours too!
Glad you are speaking up about how you feel about the whole social distancing stuff despite all the controversy now!! Admire you for staying true to yourself always.
Okay so I know this sounds crazy....but when I danced professionally and I had sore and inflamed tendons and muscles I used organic castor oil. I would put it on a cotton round and put it on my hip flexors, or if my foot was sore I would massage it all over my foot and wear a sock to bed. It does stain so use something as a barrier (think the same as self-tanner) and put it all over your hand and wear a glove to bed. Idk what it is but I swear it makes such a difference! My massage therapist was the one who told me to do it and there’s something about the chemistry and everything it somehow goes through the skin barrier.....idk all the science behind it but I just know it helped me a lot so maybe try that on your wrist/hand
It's crazy how much it varies state-to-state with things opening...here in Illinois everything is still basically shut down, masks are required most places, and social distancing is still enforced fairly strictly. I'm not even sure what is right anymore, though!
Girl same here in south texas they opened alot since the 1st of may, nd ppl aren't going into stores with mask anymore smh I go in wit mask tho, I felt was to early we already had more cases here to. But I just pray nd hope that this virus goes back to hell.
I always love your vlogs but this quarantine you are giving us lifeeee ❤️ plus your energy is amazing! You always give me sooo good vibes ✨ Idk if maybe I missed in your podcast because I haven’t catch up on that yet but.. do you see you & Brandon living separate again after quarantine?! I lived for 1 month in north france before quarantine with my boyfriend but now we‘ve been quarantining separately for almost 2 months in a half (he in Italy and me in Barcelona) and it being sooo difficult to be separated after getting used to each other 😭
Hey Keaton, did a doctor actually diagnose your pain as carpal tunnel? Because if not then I’d maybe get them to have a look at it just to make sure it’s not something worse than that! Love you ❤️❤️
:( you could have arthritis in your fingers. I’m 23 and have it in my fingers:/ it sucks. Hopefully it’s not the case because it is a real bummer but you never know.
i sent my mom the mom selfie a couple of months ago looking truly tragic and i thought she was going to roast me and instead she told me how cute i was 😢
life won't go on if places up too soon and there is a second wave. I get some places opening up but bars, restaurants, and clubs should be the last places to re-open since you cannot social distance. Here in Northern Ireland restaurants and bars won't be open again until December.
@@juliadickerson780 but it's not the normal flu, our immune system cannot cope with it the same way and so if we can prevent a big second wave by slowly reopening the economy then we wont have to go back into lock down and the health services won't be overwhelmed. I'd rather be poor than dead. Health is more important than the economy.
@@juliadickerson780 it's nothing like a regular flu. places don't have to be shut down, they can deliver online, only allow couriers to get orders, etc. to minimise the amount of people making contact. it's irresponsible to make "life go on" when there's a sickness like this. it's already bad enough people aren't taking the necessary precautions like staying indoors with only family/not inviting people over/sanitising packages and groceries/etc.
I understand that it’s scary because there were a lot of unknowns surrounding corona, but with the research that’s out there now, especially with the widespread testing that we can do now, most people do really well/ have good prognosis when getting it. Because they’ve been able to test so many people, they are now seeing that the virus is so much less severe in most people than they originally thought. Many people already had or were exposed to covid and didn’t even know it because their symptoms were so mild or nonexistent. We definitely should still be taking a lot of precautions with our at risk populations ( older people, immune compromised, those with other health issues making them higher risk, etc.), but to think that keeping everyone locked down is the answer, is kind of silly. People need to work and provide for their families. We flattened the curve and a lot of places are even seeing decreasing number of hospitalizations. A second wave is inevitable, but it’s an unrealistic goal with ANY virus to think you can prevent people from contracting it. That, to be honest is how societies build up antibodies to viruses. The bigger issue is continuing to protect those who are most likely to be hospitalized from it which are our at risk populations, that way our hospitals won’t be overwhelmed and can handle the inevitable “second wave” or as I see it, the normal course that a virus takes.
“it’s just a plain black body suit” *is completely cut out of the stomach, wraps around neck, and has no sleeves* 😂😂 love it though

Respiratory droplets travel farther when your working out so 6ft probably isn’t enough. I would be careful working out with and around others!
hiiiiiii :) hope things are going well xxx
Brandon’s mom 😭😭😭😭

“I’ll put the recipe on the screen” *doesn’t put recipe* 😂
life goes on. places can’t stay shut down forever lol

Lara Morrison there will most likely be a 2nd wave. just like the regular flu it’ll keep coming back. can’t destroy the economy tho 🤷🏼♀️
