Li better than Xi
Li started his political career as a local leader in a very rural village in China to lead farmers developing production. Because of his great achievement and attitude, he was promoted quickly. So he really knows what ordinary people's life is vs. a lot of our leaders are lawyers from ivy league. No matter you like China or not, all Chinese major leaders (Li, Xi, Hu, Jiang) all started as a local leader in a small town.
Li Keqiang holds a PhD in economics. He is a genuine researcher. Chinese leaders govern small areas because of the limitations of the Chinese government
