I understood these things when I got into one of these courses. I bought a course 3 years back and could not continue the course due to my job and now when I left my job and giving my time and effort to learn the data science, I am getting to know the reality better.
One thing I understood " If you dont care, no one cares."
I bought the course but I am studying from youtube only coz in their website so many courses are not even up to date.
We are getting mails to give a review about the course and win a chance to get an iphone.(pity)
and some days back I bought your SQL course , that was pretty amazing.
I really dont know if I will get the job or not but one thing I understood is that one cannot learn everything in 6-9 months...there is so much more to it .
I was in similar position . Just today I gave 2 interviews. Things take time but if you know the right resources and persevere long enough things do work out in your favour. ✌️

I don't know who needs to hear this but let me share my experience. So far I've given 3 interviews for Data Analyst/Scientist internship. Trust me the interviewer doesn't care about you or your courses. All they want to see is the knowledge you have and how & where you've applied your knowledge in a real life end-to-end project. And a good communication skill is really really important above all (and I lack in that).
Facts Communication and drive to get the job done trumps any certificate or even projects for that matter. Projects land you Interview opportunity but Communication is what helps you clear those.

I was scammed by applied ai course job grantee program with the name of job grantee, after completing the course I got only job portal access, applying for all, however not even a single interview conducted. They even stopped responding my emails. Now applied ai acquired by scalar academy. And they calling me all the time to join their course

@@sakaar-lok9109 yes.. they are saying we gave u job portal access, apply.. once your resume will be selected we will conduct your interview. It is more than 6 month not even a single interview conducted. I have wasted almost 2 years with this course.

I lost 30k for enrolling intellipaat course which was fake institution.
Didn't provide placement assistance

They have job portal were all jobs r fetched from naukri &other company carrier portal.Simply they say we have tie-up with 400 MNC companies etc .
All reviews in online if u see it's 5star all r fake.
Teaching is avg most of topics they don't teach.
UA-cam,udemy videos teach better than it with more detail.
Sales guys know how to bluff.

In my experience the best guaranteed way to find your dream job is through networking. Employers will take chances on someone they know through an employee over an unknown skilled applicant.
I never took a coding boot camp because it says in their disclaimers “job placement is not guaranteed” in their terms of service.
So it’s best to build networks even if your employed and happy with your job because if you get laid off with a weak network your going to have a hard time getting a new job you wanted.
That's still no guarantee because not everyone can network and the chance of getting a job is still not nearly 100%.

Is Analytics Vidhya reliable bootcamp to join for guaranteed placement?
I am planning on joining Analytics Vidhya, would you recommend me this bootcamp considering high program fee. Will this 8th month bootcamp program going to worth my money. Or should I follow your data analyst roadmap from UA-cam. Will following the roadmap and the information from your recommendations going to enough to make me job ready. I want to become data scientist though.

I've enrolled in a DSML course with IIT Roorkee which cost me around 2.5L because I couldn't pay much attention due to hectic schedules though your videos and guidance is so genuine to follow blindly. I don't know. But be very careful with any company using "job guarantee" term. There will be a huge * with so many hidden conditions. You need to carefully review them.

I do not know about them but whenever anyone says "Job Guarantee" check 1000 times. There will be hidden terms and conditions and it also shows that the company is interested in making money rather than anything else.

Dude I am not promoting any platform, it is my honest view on the current situation. But it is up to you how you want to interpret this. On social media no matter how honest you are, some people will always find faults.

Does anybody have knowledge of FunctionUp placement bootcamp. They promise to give a placement of min 4 to 5 lakh , else we don't have to pay. Also the fee payment is after the placement which will be deducted from the monthly salary.
