  • HOP FORM SHOOTING | DRILL BREAKDOWN | ALL AGES & SKILL LEVELS
    🏀 The purpose of this drill is to work on maintaining even balance while warming up your jump shot.
    🔑 The key to this drill is to land evenly on both feet and shoot in a straight up and down motion.
    1️⃣ Start on one foot
    2️⃣ Hop in a lateral or horizontal direction starting with two hops
    3️⃣ Land evenly on both feet
    4️⃣ Bend your knees
    5️⃣ Shoot and follow through
    6️⃣ Continue with 2-hop progressions (2, 4, 6, 8, 10)
