Still waiting for the “shock”. Savage 110 should have been included and having pointed out that little nugget I gotta ask, why would anyone pay $5500 for the Barrett if the Howa 1500 for around $1000 will do the same job?
Especially since the MRad comes in at 14-15 pounds (depending on barrel) bare! It’s a tank. Would be close to 20# after I got it equipped with scope, bipod, suppressor and ammo!
I'm still running a Stealth ba10. I polished the entire action with stay on target cycling now possible, polished and mod the trigger, (excellent now like glass no travel or creep, haven't tested but pretty sure a safe and throughly tested 8 to12 oz), rebarreled now to Criterion 26", S.S match MTU in 6.5 creed, Luth-ar Mba3 buttstock, Ultradyne Apollo Max break, Harris bipod, topped with an Athlon Aries 4.5 x27x50, 20 moa base bedded and Warne rings . 140 ELDM @ 2833 fps as main load, 147 ELDM, H4350 @2828, Sierra Gamechanger 130gr, Winchester Staball 6.5 @ 2950 fps. For hunting in my area. After the polishing jobs this thing is very surprising to run. I have a M10 in 308 Win. that has the same trigger mod and polish other than that is stock. It has countless rounds down it, over 6 years hunting and target to 1200 yards. It is just a tack driver and I stress tack driver with the shooter doing his or her part. 175gr Matchking. This rifle is in stock form m10 fcp digital camo original stock with Vortex PST a 5x25x50 ebr7 moa, 20 moa base bedded and Warne rings. It is older so no break. I would love to have one but I'm not doing anything to it while it shoots as well as it does. For my area 308 is great for all around. Hunting with 168gr Berger Hybrid running 2854 fps with a ball powder but not temp stable. 2700 with temp stable. A 130gr Speer FBHP @ 3135 fps for varmints of which it destroys but it shoots the Hornady factory 150gr, 165gr very well also. Over my years I have noticed some weapons just shoot a wide range of weight, type and brand of ammo and bullet handloading loading good, some excellent. Rare but out there. This Savage 308 has been such since purchase.
I agree. Both of my Savages easily hold sub moa.
No idea why they include the Barrett but fail to include the Desert Tech. The DT I own is shorter, though uses a full length barrel but can be converted to other lengths and calibres in around 40 seconds. I chose the DT over the Barrett when I bought it for the fact that the OAL was far superior though still had a full length 26” barrel
They laughed at me when I showed up with a stock savage 110 but as I was awarded the 1st place trophy everyone wanted to know what I was shooting
Hi there... the only gun I would like to know the name is the one on your thumbnail... can you tell me which one is that, please?
My Tikka T3X TACT A1 6.5 Cm simply performs. 0.3 to 0.4 moa at 100 meters and it doesn’t seem to care about my reloads. I’ve run 5 different bullets through it and it shoots them all. Very accurate out 800 meters. I’d go out further but I’m range constrained to 800 meters. The slick bolt action is well known and the 2-stage trigger is excellent - no need to replace it. It’s turned out to exceed my expectations. I’d give it high ratings as a long range target rifle.
.3 - .4 MOA with mid grade ammo?
You and I are on the same page. I have a Burris 2-10x42 on my T3X TACT A1 and 800 meters all day long. Spuhr mounts, absolutely love this platform. The only issue I had is that it took 14 months to get my Dead Air Sandman-L Sound Suppressor, but that has nothing to do with the Tikka.
No1-SAKO TRG M10 👍🏻
Without prices, these lists are incomplete. Maybe it's the price that " shocked the world"
Agreed. The shocking part, I'm thinking, is the price
1,593 $ Ruger precision..
Danielle, defense, and Ruger. Either of these is a winner in my book. But when I saw the Ruger shoots .338 Lapua I was sold.
Tbh, 97% of all shooters (I make no diff here between "hunters" and "paper hunters") are not sub moa even on a good day. Gun is in most cases not the limiting factor.
Awesome video
The stock on the Tikka tac A1 folds as well
I own Tika 3x tac 1. It’s very accurate and I loved it.
Sub 1 MOA with mid grade ammo?
Interesting and informative 🇯🇲
All very nice Rifles
If the RPR came out as number one, I'm interested in the ruger brand. Currently shoot begara premier HMR Pro.
Savage 10BA Stealth 6.5cm and .338 Lapua
Savage Stealth Evolution 6.5cm and .338 Lapua should of made the list.
Both are incredibly accurate rifles out to 1200+ yards with .338 being much further...
Great video though...
Yes sir. With a little know how and elbow grease the Savage can be almost smooth to run. Timing and polishing action. With polish only, (no metal removal or angle change here) the trigger can be surprising and a mod done right, very surprising. The simplicity of the design is great for the DIY or budget minded shooter.
If you know, you know.😊
For budget price, look at Savage. I like the RPR but I had BA Stealth. Worked fine.
What’s the name of rifle that’s on the thumbnail? I thought it was a Boyd’s agility at first but I see it’s completely different
That stock is a Woox stock, check them out really nice just bought one for my 10-22. Hope this helps…
@@vanhaus5022 I just checked them out. Wow it’s art crafted into a firearm. Crazy well made and cool. You really know your stuff and you know what’s quality. Shooting is expensive! 👍
which one has no recoils & doesn't make a sound except the click from pulling the trigger?
Oh we didn't realize we were shocked!!😂
Did you know the Winchester '73 is often dubbed 'The Gun that Won the West'? Imagine if Chris Hemsworth or Jason Momoa were to shoulder this legendary rifle in a modern western. Who'd be your top pick?
What gun is that on the cover of your video? Please tell me?
@@starletsmokey3508 Thank you 😊
Hemsworth all week long
Would like to know what’s the gun in the thumbnail
I would also really like to know the rifle in thumbnail
Simo Häyhä had over 500 kills during the winter war.....!!!🧐
In that environment I would hope that anyone with good basic rifle and fieldcraft skills would get at least that many.
You Really Need to EDUCATE YOURSELF..!! What Happened to SAKO TRG.!?!?
Calls it TICKA 🤣😂 it’s pronounced TEE KA lol.
I love my TACA1 in 260 rem
Skipping GAP or Gunwerks shows how limited this list is.
The Ruger #1..
pretty good list, I think the new Aero Solus needs to be on the list. I have the DD in 6cm, the RPR in 6.5cm and the bergara HMR in 6.5 cm and the Solus will shoot with all of them.
Help me make the best choice if you would in the $2500 - $4000 bolt action range? Lookin for sub 1 MOA with mid grade ammo if possible?
I've hit 1 mile 4 times with my Ruger Precision in 6.5 CRD. It's heavy but besides that a great rifle.
hit what ? video ?
@user-iw5ce9px3f It was a 3x3 ft plate. I am not sure if there's video. I will ask the guys that were shooting with me. Out of 7 guys we walked 4 in to the 1 mile target. I made my 1000 yrd and 1 mile targets out of train car grain doors.
i Have a 338 LM on order. Seems every reviewer I watched given it high rating.
If price was no object
I don't know how the savage 110 precision/ precision elite didn't make it on here over the Ruger. Don't get me wrong, The Ruger isn't a bad rifle. But after shooting both. I was definitely more impressed with the Multi-Caliber Savage precision.
My 8 year old says number 2 was his favorite LOL
Whats the sweet orange colored rifle in tje thumbnail?
did this long range rifle discovered the cure for cancer,
I like the punch of the bullet but I don't need that distance
I just don’t understand why these rifles always have a pic rail on the top going all the way down the hand guard uglying up the guns ,and as far as I know , of no use? I’d like my RPR so much better with a clean look.
Poor choices for “ shock “, missing list of better options and prices should be shown.
IMHO the BARRETT MRAD sits atop the military sniper rifle pyramid along with the British Accuracy International Arctic Warfare model. True there a few other sniper rifles that are VERY accurate but none combine the ease of field maintainence of the top two highly accurate rifles.
With my limited budget I shoot a RUGER Precision Rifle in 6.5 Creedmor for local long range competition. A Bushnell Elite 3.5 - 21x 50 scope with an H39 "Christmas tree" reticle sits on top. This combination helps me make consistent hits to 1,100 yards.
Thanks for listing rifles that have been on the market since before 2020 😂
“M-Kay 22”
lol bruh…
The MK22 has been in military service since 2020. It was only delayed due to Covid 😂
I don't see this vid as a 1-5/best to worst precision rifle list,if it were, the AI & Barret would be more 1/1a,objectively,Daniel Defense #2,& Bergara,Tikka,Savage,Howa & Ruger in whichever order you prefer. I have a Bergara B-14,a Tikka T3x & a RPR,w/all shooting moa or better accuracy. The Tikka has the smoothest action, followed by the Bergara & the Ruger. The Bergara & RPR are great for aftermarket mods w/the B14 basically being a Rem700 clone,& the RPR being similar to AR style rifles. The Tikka does, unfortunately, use some propretary parts, limiting what mods you can do to it.
Maybe just building a Franken Gun makes most sense for 3K ?
I liked all of them but, the Daniel Defense stold my heart 💜❤️😍❤️😍❤️😍❤️
Was the Ruger the best, Bullshit rifle, i have had one, toy rifle.
No Savage?!!
100% price on on rifles
Simo Häyhä had Mouzin nagant
PU Sniper. Still relevant for 1000 yards to this day.
Still waiting for the thumbnail pic to be shown...🤔🤨😒😴
It would be much more helpful if you gave a price range for all the rifles. Not doing so makes it seem that any that does not have that information is beyond the average man's budget...
Another Ruger Ad
I have oy
What a lackluster list. These rifles are not new...none of them. Not only did these rifles not "shock the world", the only rifle that people want to know about is the rifle in the thumbnail.
Why these click bait cover photos? Just leaves the viewer feeling deceived.
Why does everything SHOCK THE F'N WORLD. Sush an overused phrase.v
misleading people. none got shocked.
I'm just imagining this video being narrated by Trump
CLICKBAIT BULLSHIT HOW CAN PEOPLE BE SHOCKED BY THINGS THEY HAVE NEVER HEARD OF?
I doubt very much if the whole world has ever heared of the firearms, that mmwkes the cla8m BS.
I just came here to say the title is too gay for me to bother watching this..
