Yes, you should be able to quickly leave terminal 3 then take pics in JEWEL before your connecting flight. To be safe, assuming you're going back with no additional check-in bags, go back to Changi Airport at least an hour and a half before take off.

We did not have a layover but stayed overnight as we had an early morning flight the next day.
Can you stay in yotelair even when you dont have a flight the next day? I mean do you need boarding passes to show...only then you are allowed?

Sorry, we can't confirm if they accept walk-ins but you can book a room on their website on the same day. Advanced booking is best.
