Hello from England. One of my daughter in laws started a book club about 10 years ago that turned into a dinner party and has grown from that into a dinner and cocktail night. Once a month they hold their get together and use Bailey's to turn desserts into Wicked desserts. With all the new flavours coming out. Last weekend she got the new Mint chocolate chip one and made adult milkshakes and it is phenomenal. So who ever hosts it has to turn a Baileys into a dessert and a cocktail. My daughter and I have been practicing cocktails we bought one of those machines that mix it up for you. Oh boy I didn't know what day it was never mind what I had drank. I was no good for anything for nearly 40 hours. We went a bit mad. Now next month my other daughter in law is starting her Gin Vodka and Spicy Rum dinner parties. There is something special about having people you love who love food like you do and a bit of fun with the cocktails. I have been very very fortunate in my sons choice of wives we all get on very well and we all watch your channel.
This year I grew a Jack-be-Little pumpkin that was about the size of a quarter. I've never had such a tiny pumpkin actually reach maturity without shriveling! I let my friend's daughter pick it and take it home, because it was the perfect size. She carried it around for hours at a party they hosted, showing off the tiniest pumpkin ever. Mini pumpkins give me so much joy!
I'm 82 Becky and I love your videos, love the raised garden and we tried it this year on our deck in tubs and it did fantastic. We have a beautiful garden area all fenced but I can no longer walk down to it, so the deck with all my flowers and the veggie tubs was beautiful. More tubs and more ideas next year, thank you for the inspiration.

At our family functions…. and at almost every holiday dinner, somebody forgets to heat up their side dish that we find later when getting the desserts together…We always have so much food it is never missed on the day, but greatly enjoyed the day after🌼💕

I was so excited when you ended up with the cosmos! It looked just like I'd imagined it. I should trust my instincts more! Great fun Becky I started a dinner club with two other families. We called it Iron Chef. We'd rotate hosting each month, and whoever's turn it was selected the "secret ingredient". Everybody had to make a main dish, and either an appetizer or dessert using the secret ingredient. It was always so much fun. The kids used to ask, "When is Iron Chef?"

OMG….please use a steel mesh glove for the mandolin…..I hold my breath every time you use the mandolin……they’re cheap! I used one for quite a while and decided I didn’t need it…..I cut off my knuckle skin and had a hellova mess for months……PLEASE use a glove…..I don’t want to see you end up like I did…..Took forever to heal with taking off my knuckle skin!!! Love you too much to see you suffer the way I did!!!!!❤❤❤

The first time I ever had celeriac, it was cooked like a potato and made into a salad like potato salad, onions and mayo. I absolutely loved it!!! This is the first year I grew it, and I am SO looking forward to eating it!! I will definitely try it with your recipe, now. Sounds delicious! It's fun that you include information on not only your own recipe, but the recipe that inspired it! As I've gotten more confident cooking, I'll find recipes that are interesting but am often changing it. Swapping the protein, swapping the veggie, making it spicier than the original. Cooking is so much fun!

You talk about leaving your carrots in the ground. Here, Zone B2, I had a farmer friend who would place small square straw bales over top of his carrot rows. Dead of winter, he would go out and move a bale, dig up enough carrots for a few meals. They tasted beautiful- summer fresh.
You are so inspiring! I have started to cook more and grow a little garden. I used your technique to make tomato paste this fall and was successful!! So excited!! I have been looking at the ingredients of things I buy, and I'm shocked at how much junk is in our food!! Everything looked delicious and your table decor was gorgeous!! Love your live edge table. I’m in 2 very casual supper clubs. One is just ladies and we meet monthly. The original members have been together for 35 years. Our other supper club is composed of 6 couples so we try to meet every other month. The majority of the couples in this group have been meeting for 29 years. Life has been getting in the way lately so we’ve been meeting at least quarterly. In both of my supper clubs the host does the main course and others bring appetizer, salad, side, dessert. Sometimes there’s a theme but many times it pot luck. I wish I could do everything like you do but I get so anxious when it’s my turn to host. I love how you forgot to put the potatoes in! Love your channel so much!
I think the way you set your table is beautiful. Usually if you put food in the setting, ppl would think its to eat so it wouldve been a bit of “what is this here for?” If they were on the place setting. Your food dishes are lovely❤
Love these party videos. I do Sunday dinners and it’s whoever shows up, I cook a lot for family to take leftovers. I’m always in search of ideas. Tomorrow I’m making Chuck roast stew with potatoes,carrots and peas. Salad..Red lobster biscuits. Spice pumpkin muffins with cream cheese icing I made today. My daughter’s family comes early, I’ll cook a fatata in the morning. I cooked my veggies and bacon today.

It’s not those things that make you fat, it’s processed foods and sugars along side them.
Also, the artificial ingredients and chemicals that are in our food aren't helping.

You talk about leaving your carrots in the ground. Here, Zone B2, I had a farmer friend who would place small square straw bales over top of his carrot rows. Dead of winter, he would go out and move a bale, dig up enough carrots for a few meals. They tasted beautiful- summer fresh.
You are so inspiring! I have started to cook more and grow a little garden. I used your technique to make tomato paste this fall and was successful!! So excited!! I have been looking at the ingredients of things I buy, and I'm shocked at how much junk is in our food!! Everything looked delicious and your table decor was gorgeous!! Love your live edge table. I’m in 2 very casual supper clubs. One is just ladies and we meet monthly. The original members have been together for 35 years. Our other supper club is composed of 6 couples so we try to meet every other month. The majority of the couples in this group have been meeting for 29 years. Life has been getting in the way lately so we’ve been meeting at least quarterly. In both of my supper clubs the host does the main course and others bring appetizer, salad, side, dessert. Sometimes there’s a theme but many times it pot luck. I wish I could do everything like you do but I get so anxious when it’s my turn to host. I love how you forgot to put the potatoes in! Love your channel so much!

Love these party videos. I do Sunday dinners and it’s whoever shows up, I cook a lot for family to take leftovers. I’m always in search of ideas. Tomorrow I’m making Chuck roast stew with potatoes,carrots and peas. Salad..Red lobster biscuits. Spice pumpkin muffins with cream cheese icing I made today. My daughter’s family comes early, I’ll cook a fatata in the morning. I cooked my veggies and bacon today.
