Royal Family Members Walk Behind Queen Elizabeth’s Coffin

- Queen Elizabeth II's funeral was watched by millions around the world. She was honored with a state funeral at Westminster Abbey. King Charles, Prince William and the other royal members marched behind the coffin pulled by 100 sailors on a gun carriage. Eight pallbearers carried the lead-lined 500-pound coffin to its final resting place in St George's Chapel next to her husband, Prince Philip, and father, George VI. Now, preparations are underway for the coronation of King Charles III.
I was 9 yrs. old when my great grandmother passed away. Before she went, she asked me If I loved her. I stretched my arms out as far as a 9 yr. old skinny boy could. She smiled at me sweetly. She was the 1st person close to me to die of cancer. We cannot shield young kids from the infinite. We CAN help them through it though. I pray for comfort and healing for the family as well as the WORLD!
That was a sad, but heartwarming story.
I Remembered my grandfather he was a good man always treat me candies even if im not allowed to i saw him draw his last breath

Gan-gan is quite similar to how I call my grandma, Gran Gran. She’s the kindest grandma in the world, I’ll absolutely dread the day that she passes away, and I’m sure that’s how the Queen’s great grandchildren feel about the Queen now. Rip Queen Elizabeth II

My mom’s parents died one day apart from covid in March 2020. Anytime you can spend time with her please do it.
They will surely miss Gan Gan🥰 and I will too. She’s been alive my whole childhood and she was my childhood role model❤️❤️❤️❤️

Well it is irritating. He earned those honors and the right to wear that uniform for his bravery and heroism serving his country, regardless of being a senior member of the royal family. By not letting Harry wear his uniform, they essentially put him on the same level as Andrew, who shouldn’t have even been allowed to take part in the proceedings.

I couldn't watch the live, but I watched the replay till she was lowered into the Royal Vault and it was beautiful! I wish I could also pay my respects and listen to the country music.

Those kid's did not need to be there, a total private ceremony could be understood. Especially what William have always said he went through emotionally, being part of his mother's funeral. The fact NO other children were there, show it was a bad decision. It's also an example of showing the funeral was more of a must do, instead of a celebration of a life well lived.
