Amazing hard-working people - Started work at 5am. Nicely details of the restaurant daily preparation. Extremely well-organized working structure. Very well prepare meals. Can see why this business had lasted over 37 years. I am sure it will continue to do so with many more years. ##

After eating hand made noodles from shops like this, going back to eating factory made ones is really jarring. Also the tonkatsu is 820 yen. Very nice! Can't believe I probably passed it during one of my older trips visiting Ishikiri Tsurugiya shrine!
Just a little suggestion, each shot should have a minimum of 4 seconds so the watchers feel no dizzy. In our mind, we always at least count 4 for a loop.

You mean 26:02 The video is edited, did you not see the change of scene after he touch the meat, cut video then went to another scene. They're not gonna show the useless stuff like washing hands or cleaning the place since it's common sense. During the video, look at the background sometimes, they're washing/wiping their hands.
こちらのお店、昔に行ったことがあるかも?と調べてみると、亡くなったおじいちゃんと一緒によく行っていたお店でした。炊飯器の音が懐かしいです。動画を見ているうちに、なぜか涙が溢れてきました。20年前くらいのことなのではっきりと覚えてはいなかったのですが、今回この動画のおかげで当時の懐かしさや本当に大好きだったおじいちゃんとの思い出が蘇ってきました。本当にありがとうございます。
