CHATGPT 第一句很喜歡用 "i hope this email finds you well" 作為開頭,
我經常都用AI幫我寫EMAIL , 同樣也經常見到此句作為開頭, 所以猜疑此英文信是CHATGPT 寫出來的呢..?

Well done, Tiffany. Following just for information only --- Lam Chok is/was not an 'employee' of Prudential. It was written in the 'Agency Agreement' between agent and insurance company. By the book, LAM was just a contractor only.
So, Prudential cannot fire 解僱/炒 him, just to resolve their relationships. Hence, LAM cannot promote Prudential's products anymore.
Redundant words seem to be the norm here. There's no need to add "only" when you already wrote "is just……".

老師教材取得好好！
I must point out 3 areas in the complaint letter.
1. He was an agent of Prudential rather than an employee
2. In proper English Lam, being the surname should be put to the last (last name) Joseph Chok Lam or Lam Chok Joseph (HK style)
3. Lam is NOT promoting any of the insurance products but his own brand/image
Just wish to add a point that he didn’t use the assault case as a means to promote his insurance products. He used it as a means to create noise in public and to sell his pair of running shoes.
用這封信做例子非常好！不過下次Miss 可以先在信上underline 重點及加中文意思，宜家畫面好眼花. 😊

Correct me if I am wrong, your Chinese verbal explanation of "I hope this email finds you well" may not be correct. The "well" does not refer to the person who received the email, it refers to the receipt of the email per se, meaning I hope this "email" can be well received by you.

This complaint letter focuses too much on opinions but too little on facts. Some suggestons and advices are pushy. For example just tell the company to investigate the matter before anything.

不過會再用AI 去修飾下啲professional vocabulary. 畢竟詞彙方面比較弱啲 😅
所以呢封信我估有機會係一半人寫，一半AI寫 😅😅
較多重複用字，可以稍為精簡點

It's common sense that employees represent the company they work for. Hence, it is redundant to write "...one of your employees...who represents Prudential...". It's like saying "One of your Caucasian friends...who is white..."
