@@pierrepedreira8016 existem realatos que ele mesmo da em entrevistas onde ele dizia implicar com algum sujeito só pelo csra ser forte, ai descia o cacete no cara com a desculpa que o cara era marrento, mas no meu ver me parecia muito mais uma insegurança dele mesmo, nao me leve a mal, eu treino jiu-jitsu desde de moleque e sou professor, jiu-jitsu é a minha vida, mas a gnt tem que saber separar, Hélio e sua família foram essenciais para a evolução do Jiu-jitsu, porém tem algumas histórias que nao são muito legais, voce pode ver algumas histórias em documentarios, pod casts e entrevistas, oss.

12:10 Helio says that with all this effort, a trained guy like Helio noticed that after some time, the student got tired. Helio says is almost impossible to win against a stronger guy fast. That's why he wants to make the other tired, annoyed. He says that the whole point is to be loose, annoying.
