This Cheese and Ground Beef Casserole Bake is Super Easy to Make, it's a very versatile low carb keto recipe. Feel free to change up the flavor with whatever herbs and spices that you like.

Keto Cheesy Ground Beef Casserole Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
4 cloves of Garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons of Italian Herbs
1 ½ teaspoon of Salt
1 teaspoon of Black Pepper, ground
1 pound of Ground Beef
2 cups of Mushrooms, sliced
1 pound of Cauliflower Rice - both fresh and frozen can be used here
2 cups of Baby Spinach
½ cup of Sour Cream
2 cups of Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Parsley, to serve

Brewed this up this evening. Really delicious. Cheesey with a creamy sour cream and cauliflower texture flowing through the mince, spinach and mushrooms. Good dose of the Italian herbs gives a nice aftertaste. Will definitely be doing this one many more times.
