Thanks PK and Thao, that’s very encouraging cause I own 2 properties at Perth and now building my third Property. I just want to encourage every one that you can do it too. I have learn a lot just by listening to Presentations from PK and Freedom Property I didn’t have to do a course. Thanks again PK and Thao 👍
Very interesting video PK and congratulations to Thao. I was wondering how did you find a property manager to inspect the property for you. The seller’s agent will not give you a true picture of the property. Their view will be biased to seller. How did u find a property manager when you live interstate? Thanks
HUGE CONGRATULATIONS 🎉 Thank you so much for sharing. I've been busting to ask, may I ask if you sold your west Melbourne property or did you keep it and your following purchases ended up positively gearing your whole portfolio? 🏡
How do we find a property manager interstate to view properties for us when there's a home open? How does it work and how it is different that hiring a buyers agent? I am confused. @pk can you please answer my query if possible
Lol . The house and land package property investor guys sound like the exact same people I am dealing with now and about to sign up with. Why is it not the best of ideas to sign up with those guys ? Would be great if you could do a video on that
Question to Thao . 1. How many properties did ur PM visit ? 2. How much did u pay ? If u didnt pay anything, till which 'no' of proprties he would be ok to go and check for free ?
Great video! Is there freely available data from core logic that users can access, or is it all a paid subscription? If there is free data, is anyone able to kindly send me a link in the comments? Would be much appreciated ☺
Hi Pk, great video. With the interest rate being so high at the moment, even if we do interest only you would be paying around $600-700 a week on a mortgage thats excluding other expenses such as council, insurance and water bill etc.. it seems quite difficulty being in positive gearing side forget making extra $ or so in cash flow each week. What are your thoughts on this?
Hey I think even without a value add strategy there is no need to be paying anything close to 600-700 a week. And with this reno strategy it’s very very possible to get positive cashflow even today - clients are getting 7-8% plus yields post reno
@@AusPropertyMasteryWithPK I was basing that number, when just simply pulling equity out from one property to another, thus the repayment is bit higher. Also, is that yield excluding expenses?
@@unbeatablemotivation2479 oh yes I get it now.. if pulling out 100% of equity then you are right.. this comes down to a persons personal budget and affordability
@entbook6171 which state are you from? Sounds to me like a terminology difference. I’m WA and property managers are loosely referred to as “real estate agents” as in they work for an agency but manage your property and there’s another branch within the agency that manages sales.

Hi Pk, is PM the same as real estate agent? Some real estate agent also manage the property.
PM’s are different to sales agents
