Damn their are so many. I would say Just my imagination is his Signature. A song called "Each day I cry" is my fav solo record by him. All the temps need more recognition.

I loved all Eddie Kendrick’s songs he had one of the most beautiful smooth soft sweet voices and his falsetto was untouchable and special as well unique and he made all the background in the songs when Eddie left the Temptations, they were never the same than his voice. Nobody could replace him.

@@MsTrueTy place was called Benihana of Tokyo. One of those hibachi grill places. My girlfriend and I were seated around the chef. There were 4 or 5 black guys already seated. I remember looking at 1 guy. Kept looking. He handled himself with such grace and charm it was unlike anyone I had seen. After about 5 minutes of staring I said “I recognize you from an album cover. Aren’t you Eddie Kendricks?” He said yes. It was only then that I realized that the other guys were the Temps or a lineup of guys he was touring with. I was a professional musician and we began talking about other icons of music who preceded the Temps. I remember saying “I don’t care what people say about Elvis. Little Richard is the king of rock and roll.” Eddie replied “he can have the throne.” After I had looked at Eddie I remembered that he had so much grace and etiquette because all Motown artists were put through charm and choreography school. Amazing to watch the result of this. He moved like he was on “Cloud Nine.”

I love all of his songs and in love with Eddie Kendricks and Otis Williams always talk bad about Eddie cuz he was jealous of his voice and he could not whip Eddie cuz Eddie had hands for real he would put you on your back like he could sing and he was fine as wine and could dress his ass off he was one who helped make the group and Paul Williams his friend from elementary school was also the one who taught them them all the dance moves and steps to the songs and ge was the lead singer at the beginning until David Ruffin came in the group

On top of how talented Eddie Kendricks was he was also just a cool mellow dude who had Jena se qua. He was a slim fellow like myself who never had a problem with attracting women even before the fame and money and some men are jealous of that because they don't know or see how he's doing it they had to brag about owning businesses and Eddie didn't. Fun Fact: Tracy Ellis Ross's father was very jealous of Berry Gordy and Stevie Wonder he once said Stevie Wonder wasn't all that talented...... yeah..... he actually said that. 😐
