@@livingtheoffgriddream Buying several acres to become self sufficient. I definitely like to grow my own food and possibly sale for income and create generational wealth
Beautiful, definitely sound like things we can help with! If you haven't already come across our course outline, it's right here. Take a look and see if you think we'd be a good fit :) www.livingtheoffgriddream.com/home?
we don't usually recommend 'changing' zoning. We work backwards, we show you how to plan the entire project FIRST, then look for land that fits your vision and plan. That way, you have a clear path on the land you need, how you'll build what on it, and those things then play into how you present your project to anyone else interested (for example if you're raising funds or looking for investors).
Super fascinating! Thank you for sharing so many ideas and experience. I would be be interested in small homes for an area that gets tornados, gets hot (A/C needed) but also gets cold. I love light in a dwelling, but tornados are an issue. We are in southern Illinois.
Can I suggest that you change the title of this to "Build an Eathship for $1K" as the first words and hopefully you'll get more views because this was really inspiring content, but when I share it with my friends in a text the first few words are "Interview About Off Grid" which is not as interesting and so I have to explain to my friends why they would want to watch this. Oh and you need a thumbnail with the actual hobbit house. Title and Thumbnail are everything darling. 😊
I CAN'T WAIT to start this journey....I am SOOOO grateful to have come across this invaluable information that's transformational!!!!!!!
I’m excited for you! What is it your envisioning doing? 🙂

How do you change zoning to accommodate all you need to do?

Appreciate the feedback, and you're right on both counts! Cheers :)
