    • @cee_el

Whattt? That’s an exaggeration. City suites and citizenM are chain hotels and definitely less than that amount. Green World, raiders plus hotel, meander 1948, etc are all within the city center and much less than 77 too. They are all 3 star hotels fyi
Try cities like New York City, sfo, London, Zurich. Now those are actual 1-2 star places

$77 a month / Freakin' Amazing. it’s amazing how far the dollar stretches in places like this. Yes it’s a little bit in the country lol but I’m sure it’s absolutely beautiful there. The could buy a showerhead on a hose and attach it to the tap so easily, surely. And how much does a toilet seat cost? I cannot understand people not using toilet seats. It seems utterly barbaric.
Sleeping at the top of a high ceiling dwelling doesn't seem very smart. Heat rises. So the A/C has to work much harder up there to keep things comfortable. Better to sleep near a window on the main floor and use the loft for storage. You could put a lot of stuff up there. Though with a slanted ceiling it does make things awkward.
What you really want is about a 7' ceiling to keep things efficient. High ceilings make no sense at all. How many people are over 7' tall??? Also they could extend the loft area right over the main entrance area for a lot more space. And they' could put a window in there so the heat could escape easily.

Good price for a low budget couple or single guy. Only thing is being so far out from airports, hospitals and entertainment. But if you are a no frills type of guy, healthy with no medical issues it would be an awesome set up. For a few hundred dollars, you could get an on demand hot water heater/shower installed. I appreciate what you're doing, I'm not trying to poop on your channel, just for the benefit of those that have questions that aren't answered in the video: I have lived away from the city, and unless you have a local doing all of the buying/shopping, they will see you coming and they will push prices all the way higher than usa, because you're away from everything you will not have other options; again, unless you let a local handle it for you. In my case we were an hour and a half away from all the options of a good sized city, and for example the avocados went from 30 cents us. to a dollar each, which I can get that here in usa, and the ginger they tried to get $5 us a pound, it was $1.50 in the city, that was ten years ago, today I can still get it here in usa for $4, just as an example. I had to quit shopping there as it was getting ridiculous and take a bus 1.5 hours one way to the city for better shopping options. I refused to pay u.s. prices and be the donkey with the dunce hat on. It got old real fast. Serious people will want to know.

I have realized there are people there with a pension of $5K USD a month that always claim you cannot live in anything but a hut and eat only rice for less than $1,500 USD a month, lol. Yet people like you show that is all BS. This will be the real content in the future. And it may be a year before I get there, but I already live great on less than $1K here a month in the USA. So maybe I will see you when I am there having a great life for under $500 a month there. Pro tip: Real men know how to cook.

Please go there and visit first. If you never experienced that kind of poverty then you need to before you do. I lived in the PI for 13 months and it was hell on earth. I have apension from the military, stock dividend portfolio, and rental property in hawaii. A lot of passive income. My average spending was 1500-2000 a month. I tried living chesper just to see if I could for the hell of it. i got to 1000 a month and didnt like it. just ask yourself. Why are you moving from a wealthy country full of opportunities to an impoverished country with NO opportunities to live like a local? WHY?!?!?

@jerryG-p3w First, please try decaf, lol. Dude, I grew up in Alaska and am a survivalist. I travel the country in an RV half the time and love it. I've been in Mexico with as bad ot worse poverty. Just shows you didn't do your homework on where to go. And probably wasted hundreds a month on things like coffee. Instead of a $100/mo pad you probably paid $500,😂. I am going there for the beach and ocean. Looks way better than Hawaii, and I lived in Lahaina. Sorry you couldn't hack it. I see people like you all the time. Hope you like wherever you are.

@ the sad part is people will listen to you and UA-cam will push your channel even though you’re I know the truth. PI better than Hawaii?!? Get your head examined. Moving to a poor country with no opportunity from a wealthy country is ludicrous!

@@jerryG-p3w Are you a woman? You sound like one. Afraid people were going to break into you house all the time, lol. And you have typed all over the place about "Opportunity" how freaking paranoid are you? What opportunity? Money? Hahahaha, money means nothing. The women in America are all insane if you didn't notice! All you do is complain. And I know you can't cook and are not a happy person. We are the OPPOSITE. BTW congrats, it is very hard to have a channel for 9 years without a single subscriber. 🤣

@@jerryG-p3wOpportunity? You mean money? Who cares about being rich, I don't. And all the women in the USA have lost their minds if you didn't notice. Are you paranoid? Afraid they were going to break in your place all the time you said? Wow, we are complete opposites. I am a happy person and you are miserable one. Sad.
