- Wussup Towners. Today I catered my first event for 50 people. On the menu, we had Tri-tip, Spare ribs, chicken legs, chicken thighs, chicken wings, turkey hotdogs, macaroni and cheese, candied yams, baked beans, and potato salad. I was a bit nervous cooking all this food for other people but it came out great. Everyone really enjoyed all the food.

Congrats on the job. My friend started out doing just this. Word of mouth kicked in... Ended up having a very successful catering business -good enough to retire comfortably. Converted his basement into a commercial kitchen, had a huge walk-in freezer in a shed.
Thank you AtomicDog… man that sounds nice!
Holy cow, that chicken is for real! Excellent brother.
Thank you Mike
Congratulations 👏🏼🎉🙏🏼❤️
Thank you homie
Looks absolutely delicious.👍😋
Thank you very much
Thats alot of food, congrats... how did you handle keeping it food safe after the cook and serving?
I cooked all the food the day before and refrigerated everything. The next morning I reheated some of the food and transported the rest it to the location. I was also able to reheat some food up to serving temp in the oven at the location the rest I also brought an electric 22 qt turkey roaster to reheat food and immediately added it the chafing dishes
❤this looks damn good
thank you
