I think you'll that those are not Dewhurst buttons. The shape is right but they're the wrong size and position. Dewhurst don't make flush barrel fixtures.

Although similar to Dewhurst US89, I also don't think these are Dewhurst. The lanterns are definitely Adams (they're A474BL lenses with A495B1x2 LED panels)

These used to have Lexan & massive (3"+) pre-door. Also, Koch is pronounced "Coke"... not good guys... search "Who are the Koch brothers?"...
