Otis Traction Elevators at Nugget Casino Resort West Tower in Sparks, NV Retake

These elevators once had key-card readers, but they were removed, and/or disabled, as far as I can tell. These elevators used to be similar to the east tower elevators before they were modernized. The odd thing is floors P and 5 are the same floor, but with different buttons! I think LL is a service area. One of the elevators has a broken door open button on one of it's car stations! Notice that a few of the elevators have the newer Otis voice, but most of the elevators have the older Otis voice. Newer Otis flat Series 1 fixtures.

Broken door open! THat must have happened since the last inspection. Or maybe Nevada doesn't really care.
