- Fermenting and drinking raw milk might seem like simple things, but because of our toxic environment, it takes skill to do it correctly. I also wanted to tell you about my results with raw fermented milk, and so I decided to include everything in one video. I dran raw milk kefir for 2 years. Here are my results.

1 year later watching this, and just had my first glass of raw kefir! It’s God’s masterstroke
This video is pure gold! Well done.
Thank you (^:
I agree 100% about the craving the raw milk after drinking it for the first time!!! I said this and you’re the first person I’ve ever heard to say this too!
Also, liquid chlorophyll is one molecule away from blood
Good video whit good informations👍
My raw milk soured and separated in my outdoor fridge yesterday because it’s been very hot outside with the current summer season. I had a cup of kefir yesterday morning then later in the day around 2 1/2 cups of the soured, impromptu fermented milk left in my outdoor fridge and it was very good. Raw kefir and clabbered milk digests like a dream.
Happy that you're consuming such amazing stuff brother.
@@ExcellentHealthwould Homemade kefir from store bought whole milk be good? I can’t get raw milk but wanted to ask if I wanted to buy kefir grains.
people can easily drink fermented raw milk after a few days but cant drink raw milk when its fresh the first day they get many issues so fermented is better but i only like it fermented for a week or less
hey bro, thanks for for all this great work, can you please do a full day of eating with some guideline regarding when and how to eat ?
Cheers
Hello brother. I have a free PDF on my website which will answer many of your questions. I also have three full day of eating videos on my channel.
@@ExcellentHealth Thank you 🙏
Sounds very interesting! I am intrigued and would like to get the dietary rules but can’t figure out how?
This should help www.excellentlyhealthy.com/
I am eating up your videos J. Thank you for answering my precious question on a different video. I am beginning to love raw kefir, but wouldn't the carbs in raw kefir cause more harm than good? Are there any cases when you would not recommend raw kefir? I have Candida and possible leaky gut. Thanks so much, J.
If you’re concerned about the carbs, ferment it until it becomes more sour. The more sour it is, the less lactose you have. Lactose turns into lactic acid when you ferment the milk. If raw kefir causes a bunch of pain, avoid it.
Nice explanation, I haven't been able to find a producer with raw milk yet but I'm looking forward to try it at some point. The criteria to find animals for high quality raw milk is exactly the same as for meat correct? Or is there anything else I should focus on?
No the standard criteria are fine. If you want an additional criteria, look for good cow breeds. The good breeds produce milk with a high fat content, while commercial dairy cows produce more milk but less fat.
Alright, thanks :)
Excellent Video !✨️🤗✨️Thank You ! I just wondered how much you drank in the beginning and now. I saw your big glass container in anither video but now I was questioning if that was enough for one day, if you drink it in one setting or sip of it throughout the day. Just to calculate how much to prepare while it takes 36 houres to be ready if not speed up. Can it take 24 houres if speed up putting it in a warm water container ? This would be easy preparing it each morning for the next morning for instance 😊. Wishing you a very Good Continuation and a Nice Day !!
Thank you for watching Amelia. During the summer the milk ferments overnight, but in standard room temperature, my average is 36 hours. I drink it with my meals and whenever I'm thirsty. The amount I drink varies a lot depending on how much my body wants.
Hi 😏 thank you very much for your super quick answer ! I already prepared my raw milk in à container and put it in warm, not hot water to boost the start. I just wondered if you close your container or leave it open 36h ? Because i saw your milk container is like à big glass as in for instance yoghurtmachines they sell containers which can be close.✨️👋😉✨️
I don't know if you experienced something like that, but the longer the milk ferments the less I need to consume milk to relieve thirst. At fresh state I can drink 1,5l, at fermented half of that (maybe because of acidity).
Interesting. I'll have to do some experimentation. Thank you for sharing.
Any logic to the following:
For the saliva method, if I am not confident that my bodies bacterial profile is “good” yet (I’ve dealt with digestive issues, maybe Candida or some form of SIBO), would it be advised to not do the saliva method?
Logic being that then I’ll be multiplying the bacteria that is already not sitting well with me
The bacteria themselves are never bad. You'll find an abnormal amount of a certain strain somewhere in the body because they're performing a function. So you don't have to worry about the bacteria being bad.
Is frankies milk kefir from franky tufanos website raw? It says it is but i wonder if its pasteurized at all since its shipped from new york to here where i live in kentucky
Probably. Raw milk never spoils, so there's no problem there.
Thanks
amazing, been making buttermilk with buttermilk starter & some very good yogurt strain with local a2 milk, it is incredibly healthy and i see how my ancestors survived on yogurt, and organ meats! how my grandparents ate in india in the 30's...fresh raw milk, meat and raw organ meats as snacks! the muslims had it down for their body same as how the hindu vegetarians understood their own bodies needs! dude your channel is awesome content is great!
Thank you brother. Glad to have you here.
Do you put a lid on the milk when fermenting it? Is there any need to open the lid to allow air in while fermenting?
Air doesn't really matter. I'd suggest that you don't use a tight lid to avoid any explosions. The only reason you cover the milk is to protect it from dirt.
I need some advice on consuming unsalted raw cheese 🧀.
How should one eat raw unsalted cheese , I read that it should be eaten with raw honey, also some are saying eating with pineapple to help digest better. Raw cheese on its own can be drying ....Any advice my friend ? 🧀
On its own, it sucks out toxins from the digestive tract. With honey, it gives you minerals.
Do I have to let air to the raw milk while fermenting it, or have it closed the whole time 24 - 36 hours?
In my experience, it doesn't matter. If gas builds up, you might have an explosion.
I didn’t realize soap would cause mold. Milk has already been sitting with my spit in it for 24hrs in a glass container that I cleaned with soap before transferring the raw milk into it. I drank about a glass yesterday, then ate the cream on top today. But now that I learned the soap can cause mold, should I throw the whole thing away?
Consume it. If it tastes weird, or if mold starts growing at the places where the milk has been consumed, you can throw it.
What would you do if you were a skinny fat dude who is trying to get strong and athletic? Track macros? Do zero carb? At least track protein? Thanks!
The question is a bit too complex to answer. I'd have to know about your situation. I do offer personal consultations. Otherwise, you can get Nutritional Fortification and Physical Development by Varis Ahmad.
If i cant use dish soap, then what should i use for my milk container
Water and natural vinegar.
I had to stop raw milk it made me super bloated I was drinking probably too much at two litres a day for 8 weeks. I was putting on weight fast and my stomach was always distended. my face was a big puffy ball and it made me sleepy. raw meat and eggs for me now feeling great.
Were you fermenting it, or did you drink it fresh? I can't drink more than 1-2 dl:s of fresh raw milk per day without getting side effects.
@@ExcellentHealthBrother please!!! Make a step by step video explaining the raw milk fermentation process can’t find anything anywhere online. Thanks!!
@Andy-mi1hu this video contains it.
@@ExcellentHealthjust to make sure i understood it properly, since i’m a little nervous and don’t want to get poisoning.
Step 1. Glass jar clean without using dish soap.
Step 2. Fill in milk after swishing and spitting, back into the jar.
Step 3. Let the milk sit for 24-36 hours, but do we seal the jar or leave open for air to get in?
Step 4. Milk should clabber and separate.
Step 5. Consume, and afterwards seal and put it in the fridge to stop the fermentation process, unless we want to ferment more than in that case leave out?
I’m really interested in trying this method, because when i have “Raw Milk” just as is i start having minor side effects after consuming 4-6oz. Even though i feel like it’s very beneficial to me at those amounts! Thanks brother, btw love the channel have learned a lot, keep it up!
@@Andy-mi1hu That looks correct. I've done this for 3 years now without getting sick. Last time I left one of the jars out for two weeks straight. As for the seal, air doesn't matter. Just cover it so dust won't come in.
9:00 the raw milk I buy comes in plastic, is it okay if I just transfer it to a glass jar or no?
As long as it hasn't spent too much time in the plastic, it is alright.
I buy raw milk from a health food store ,it doesn't have alot of cream in it, I think they take out some of it, with less cream in it will it still ferment , thank you
Yes, it's the non-cream part that ferments, it would ferment even if it had no cream.
Thanks brother!
I'm from the Middle East and you're correct in most of what you say. Although we still heat the milk but we do NOT homogenize it. Heating it is optional, it has advantages and disadvantages, but homogenization is just pure poison.
How do you know raw milk fermented is better without the kefir? Everywhere I look it says the probiotic content is richer when used with the kefir grains.
A richer probiotic content is not necessarily a better one. You want strains that are native to the animal or yourself. The reason I have an easy time concluding that saliva is better than kefir grains is because one of them contains your own bacterial DNA. I don't know how anything could beat that.
What do you think of the company raw farm and their raw kefir?
Never came across them.
Hi there! Fermented milk is a miracle food / drink, you are right. It's not called kefir, but clabber.
Kefir is made with kefir grains or powder, which you put into raw or pasteurized milk. It's another drink, with other bacteria strains. Also good, I even think it's even much better then clabber (fermented raw milk), with up to 50 different bacteria strains. So this just a remark not to put "kefir" in the title, as it's misleading.
Clabber is more correct, but most people recognise the name kefir, so I went with it instead.
When you put your raw milk in a container should it be air tight? Or should it be able to breathe?
You can close it but its beter to put a kitch paper on the opening tight with som rope so no fly or bug goes inside
Doesn't matter. Make sure dust and dirt doesn't come into the jar, and make sure the jar doesn't explode from gas build up.
What about milk and skin issues? The IGF and other hormones in the milk cause acne to some people
The "dairy causes inflammation and skin issues" line of thinking comes from people who consume low quality pasteurized dairy. I have personally never found anyone who got aggravated skin issues from raw high quality dairy.
When I did raw dairy, it literally reversed my acne. It was pretty cool to see. My skin was smoother after few weeks of drinking it.
okay so I just put the raw milk in a clean glass jar and let it sit for 24-36 hours? lid on or off?
Not clean, but devoid of pollution. Yes you just leave it in room temperature. The lid hinders dust from entering.
Once it's fermented I can still leave it outside the refrigerator without the lid closed? For how long?
For several years.
Wow😲 One last question, how many carbs does this kefir have once fermented? The lactose gets eaten, but conventional kefir has more carbs than milk, so I'm curious
@@DepressedCarnivore the more sour it gets, the more lactose has become lactic acid, as I say in the video.
Can I ferment it in the plastic bottle it comes in?
I highly recommend buying glass jars and pouring it in there instead.
How can you tell the difference between raw milk and fermented milk. For instance, let's say I have a new raw milk supplier and I want to make the fermented milk. Is there a way I will be able to tell fermented raw milk vs fermented whole milk after three days fermenting? I am worried about getting fake raw milk and then dying from fermenting and drinking it.
Leave it out for three weeks. If it still looks like the jar on left, you have raw milk. nourishingourchildren.org/2021/12/29/raw-milk-versus-pasteurized-milk-experiment/
@@ExcellentHealth Ok, thank you!
Thank you for the information. Pardon my ignorance but once the milk has fermented do you need to strain it or do anything with it? Or do you shake it and drink it?
You can drink it straight, if your not using kefir grains. If you have kefir grains, then you strain it. Regardless, cream will rise to the top. You can extract it, or stir it in with the fermented milk and get a well rounded, creamy drink. I have been doing this now for months.@@kcrichard72
Is there alcohol in a week old spit fermented milk?
There is a little bit of alcohol in all fermented milk.
So if I don't want to drink alcohol I shouldn't let it ferment over a week because it can get from 0,1 procent to 2.0 procent alcohol acording to mister google. Or is longer spit fermented milk more probiotic so more Healthy? Many Questions 😅
@@user-kw1ex5lk6p I don't think it goes up to 2%. If you absolutely do not want any ethanol whatsoever, ferment it until it separates and then put it in the fridge. I wouldn't worry about ethanol, because you won't cause any damage with those amounts.
I notice blending the milk in a blender also destroys the nutrients and harder to digest
Blending causes oxidation and EMF damage, so you are entirely correct. I recommend blending it with your hand.
Where can I find out more about the downsides of using a blender? I didn't realize that using a blender is so harmful when it comes to raw milk. @@ExcellentHealth
is goat milk just as good as cow milk?
Has little to do with cow vs goat. Has everything to do with the health of the animal. Experimenting with both is also best.
Yahuah created raw milk to be that..raw

The opposite is the case. Scripts sound robotic. I'm simply speaking to you as a friend. Nothing else.
Spitting on milk to ferment is not a good idea..it will block fermentation..
It will not block fermentation. I don’t know where you’re getting this from.
Kefir always caused me headaches.I figured clabbered milk which is fermented without any grain I feel ok with it. I think the kefir grain is not so healthy as people made it out to be.
Yeah I started drinking raw milk few years ago on and off and raw is definitely 100% better if anything that’s how it should be consumed. Raw. I’ve done pasteurized from 100% grass fed milk and organic milk and which was better than regular grain fed crappy milk I still got acne and farts sometimes. Raw milk is literally gold for the body. I had stopped the raw milk for few months because it was getting expensive here in Cali and I just started up again this time with raw kefir 1 cup every night and omg man the first sip is just addicting in a good way, I love it so much. Sometimes it has little curds in it and I chomp on them it’s so satisfying and it honestly makes me feel great. Sometimes with raw honey or organic maple syrup. I think im going to stick to the kefir this time and im also doing raw cream in my shakes and sometimes I make ice cream with it it’s ridiculously good and healthy. Raw cream raw honey some pasture raised egg yolks and some salt.
