@vhayashi It would be great, but there isn't anything but hard work to combat an incurable disease. Muscular Dystrophy unfortunately has nothing to do with what I eat. It's all about the effort I put in to stay normal.

Last night was my first time in 3 years that I do some exercises I walked 3 miles alone when I reached my goal I was called by father who’s worried that what would happened if I collapsed alone on the street with my weak body and i told him if I die so be it I don’t want to be weak anymore then I hung up. And right now after seeing him also think like this I feel so much better

I'm a warrior
Warrior's become warriors because they have seen the ugly, horrific, dark side of nature. And rather than cower in fear and paralysis of that truth, they accept it. The warrior accepts death as the ultimate liberation of suffering that is the nightmare of this world, and accepts living with the burden of what they know.
Of course very few people understand him - they haven't seen that part of nature, or if they have, they refuse to accept it as truth.
I'm on my own pilgrimage to becoming a warrior.

They shouldn’t either as they feel they can pass judgment based on their principles when it is their principles that hold them back from being greater and would rather envy and judge those who excel in what they strive for in their livelihood

Had some of my sgt't throughtout my years say "I can't figure you out!" I thank God for who I am regardles of not being understood and I have no regrets. I supposedly don't look like what i've proven myself to be. I also acknowledge that my own have tried to ruin me out of malice. People enjoy freedoms due to people who sacrifice and care too much about others.
What freedoms were you fighting for? Respect to military, I was in myself, but modern wars are meaningless and now only happen to adjust a handful of rich people’s balance sheets and risk parameters. We don’t even have like half of the constitution anymore as basic human rights. All the violation of human rights just happens by proxy or by conflating political dogmas with a faux sense of morality through some “Live, Laugh, Love” bill with some meaningless name that sounds good with thousands of pages of absolute atrocities. Wake up. America is a dying remnant, the UN is our gov, wars are meaningless, and profound and meaningful principles have been thrown away for perpetual irrational passions fed by institutions of power. Again, I don’t mean this as an attack on you but I think it’s something worth thinking about when wars shifted from being fought to actually defend something worthwhile to only happening to make sure some numbers move on some rich guy’s data sheet to be statistically efficient.

And in the first heading on the first chapter it read We train to die, not to live, we prepair to die to have honor. When I realized and applied these words, my training and whole mentalist changed drastically.

Pretty sure that’s the bushido way (or the way of the warrior). Being okay with any type of death, however terrifying, at any time. Samurais would think of themselves as dead before heading into battle, as it made it easier to focus on the task at hand, & not your well-being.

This also happens in One piece anime, There luffy says that he will achieve his dream to become king of pirates no matter what and if he dies while chasing his dream so be it he will have no regrets cause this is the path he chose( I am just relating the things so you don't have to tell me that it is real life not some world from manga book).

I'm a veteran. I've spent all my time as a civilian trying to e out how to be a warrior as civilian because I can't turn it off.
In the war everyone is like a warrior..
Nobody feared death, everyone feared not living enough. When you know there is someone in your family that could push your generation forward (your kids). Having a warrior mentality and living like a warrior is super easy. No big deal at all.

I have severe panic attacks that will hit me out of nowhere and I'm supposed to take Ativan when it happens, but the Dr stopped giving it to me so I take this mindset when it happens, you put all your trust in God at that point

It was never a choice for me, when I was young a group of men tried to kidnap my mother. I was old enough and smart enough to know her gun was in her purse. I didn't shoot anyone, didn't have to, second the first guy saw it he dipped and his buddies followed. Now, grown man and army airborne infantry. I'm proud of how far I've come and grateful for those who helped me along this path
