There was once a man who wanted to be a warrior. He dreamed of strength, discipline, and victory. But he was weak, lazy, and easily defeated. He thought he needed better weapons, better training, and better luck. He thought he needed someone else to help him. He thought wrong.
One day, he met a wise old sage who saw his potential and his flaws. The sage told him that the warrior mentality was not about having everything you need, but about using everything you have. The warrior mentality was not about winning every battle, but about learning from every defeat. The warrior mentality was not about fighting others, but about fighting yourself.
The man was confused, but intrigued. He asked the sage how he could become a warrior without weapons, training, or luck. The sage said: "You already have the most powerful weapon, the most effective training, and the best luck. You have your mind, your body, and your spirit. Use them wisely, train them relentlessly, and nourish them daily. The warrior mentality is not a gift, it's a choice."
The man was inspired, but skeptical. He asked the sage how he could fight himself, and why he should. The sage said: "You should fight yourself because you are your own worst enemy. You should fight yourself because you are the only one who can defeat yourself. You should fight yourself because you are the only one who can free yourself."
The man was enlightened, but still hesitant. He asked the sage how he could free himself, and from what. The sage said: "You can free yourself from fear, doubt, and pain. You can free yourself from ignorance, laziness, and weakness. You can free yourself from the past, the present, and the future. You can free yourself from yourself."
The man was humbled, but determined. He asked the sage how he could start his journey, and where it would lead. The sage said: "You can start your journey by taking the first step, and keep walking. You can lead your journey wherever you want, and be open to surprises. The warrior mentality is not a destination, it's a process."
The man thanked the sage, bowed respectfully, and left. He felt different, but unsure. He looked at his hands, his feet, his heart. He saw a warrior.

Whoever is seeing this: I was 13 yr old when I saw this guy called David, I thought watching him will give me motivation- it's not him it's you. Many people told you this but they are right, and wring. They want you to work - do homework and stay in the school dumb cycle. Shut the fuck up, shut them up, wake up-work- goto school- work- come back - work. No sugar no shit. It ain't hard : give it a month. No music no phone- you will be stronger
